【摘要】：提起巴金,相信很多人都會如雷貫耳,他是赫赫有名,享譽文壇的偉大作家,他的作品激勵了幾代人的成長。然而在巴金先生光鮮“作家”頭銜的背后,他還是一名出色的出版家和翻譯家,并且在一生的編輯生涯中取得了豐碩的成果。本文將結合巴金的編輯活動,對其編輯出版理念進行論述。即:把握時代需要,引導正確輿論的選題理念,協(xié)調(diào)編讀關系的讀者理念,重視書刊設計的裝幀理念,對國外文學的翻譯理念;同時文中也分別在編輯內(nèi)容、宣傳推銷、品牌意識和編輯態(tài)度上對巴金的出版經(jīng)營理念進行了系統(tǒng)論述。21世紀的今天,我國的出版事業(yè)面臨著巨大的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),因此探討巴金的編輯出版理念對現(xiàn)今編輯事業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來的啟示與借鑒尤為重要。首先,要重視編輯自身發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)“學者型編輯”;其次書刊編輯要結合時勢,有益讀者;最后在現(xiàn)今的編輯事業(yè)當中重視人才、樹立品牌也是重中之重。這些啟示是巴金編輯出版理念的核心,也是今天出版人的寶貴財富。
[Abstract]:When it comes to Ba Jin, I believe many people will hear like thunder. He is a famous and famous writer in the literary world. His works have inspired the growth of several generations. However, behind the glossy "writer" title of Mr. Ba Jin, He is also an outstanding publisher and translator, and has achieved fruitful results in his life of editing. This paper will discuss his editorial and publishing ideas in the light of Ba Jin's editing activities. That is, to grasp the needs of the times. Guide the correct public opinion to choose the topic idea, coordinate the reader's idea of compiling and reading relation, attach importance to the binding design idea of books and periodicals, translate the foreign literature idea, at the same time, the article is also in the editorial content, propaganda and promotion, In the light of brand awareness and editorial attitude, Ba Jin's concept of publishing management has been systematically discussed in the 21st century. Today, the publishing industry in China is facing a tremendous impact and challenges. Therefore, it is very important to probe into Ba Jin's idea of editing and publishing, which is especially important for the development of editing. Firstly, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of editors and cultivate "scholarly editors", secondly, the editors of books and periodicals should combine the current situation and benefit the readers. Finally, it is the most important to attach importance to talent and establish brand in the present editorial career. These revelations are the core of Ba Jin's editorial and publishing idea, and are also the valuable wealth of today's publishers.
