【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)文化的傳播已不再局限于傳統(tǒng)媒體的傳播形式,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行文化傳播的形式逐步為人們所廣泛接受。伴隨著閱讀習(xí)慣和閱讀環(huán)境以及出版技術(shù)的日益變化,傳統(tǒng)出版在傳播的時(shí)效性、載體形式的多樣性以及出版流程的經(jīng)濟(jì)性等多方面均已表現(xiàn)出明顯的不足,難以滿足人們個(gè)性而多樣化的閱讀需求。“數(shù)字出版”作為數(shù)字信息時(shí)代的一種新型出版形式,它以其先進(jìn)的技術(shù)支撐,高度的內(nèi)容集成、高效能的環(huán)保低碳及顯著的市場(chǎng)化優(yōu)勢(shì),正給各國(guó)出版業(yè)突破產(chǎn)業(yè)困局、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和尋求新的利益增長(zhǎng)空間提供了方向。大學(xué)出版社作為傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,正處于傳統(tǒng)出版向現(xiàn)代出版,計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型的重大變革期,傳統(tǒng)出版體制及流程的積弊嚴(yán)重束縛了大學(xué)出版生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,面臨數(shù)字信息技術(shù)帶來的機(jī)遇,走數(shù)字出版發(fā)展之路將是大學(xué)出版社參與未來的新型競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的有效路徑和必然要求,因而對(duì)大學(xué)出版社發(fā)展數(shù)字出版的相關(guān)問題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)其提升行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,更加主動(dòng)地參與未來出版市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意義重大。本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括:結(jié)合我國(guó)數(shù)字出版的發(fā)展特征、主要的產(chǎn)品形態(tài)和總體發(fā)展趨勢(shì),系統(tǒng)分析大學(xué)出版社發(fā)展數(shù)字出版的深層背景和動(dòng)因,并對(duì)大學(xué)出版社的數(shù)字出版發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)出大學(xué)出版社數(shù)字出版的特征,通過對(duì)大學(xué)出版社進(jìn)行SWOT分析,明晰大學(xué)出版社發(fā)展數(shù)字出版的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),從而明確大學(xué)出版社的數(shù)字出版定位,在前期分析的基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出大學(xué)出版社數(shù)字出版的相應(yīng)對(duì)策,即克服零散,實(shí)施橫向協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;立足產(chǎn)品特色的差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)社戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)數(shù)字出版復(fù)合型人才建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The dissemination of modern culture is no longer confined to the traditional media, and the form of cultural communication based on the Internet has gradually been widely accepted by people, along with the increasingly changing reading habits, reading environment and publishing technology. Traditional publishing has shown obvious shortcomings in many aspects, such as the timeliness of communication, the diversity of carrier forms and the economy of publishing process. Digital publishing, as a new type of publishing form in the digital information age, is supported by advanced technology and highly integrated in content. The high efficiency, low carbon and market-oriented advantages are providing a direction for the publishing industry of various countries to break through the industrial difficulties, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and seek new space for the growth of interests. University Press is an important field of traditional publishing industry. In the period of transformation from traditional publishing to modern publishing and from planned economy system to market economy system, the traditional publishing system and process seriously constrain the development of university publishing productivity and face the opportunity brought by digital information technology. Taking the road of digital publishing development will be the effective path and inevitable requirement for university publishing houses to participate in the new competition in the future. Therefore, the paper studies the related problems and countermeasures of the development of digital publishing by university publishing houses, and promotes the competitiveness of the industry. It is of great significance to participate more actively in the competition of the future publishing market. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: combined with the characteristics of the development of digital publishing in China, the main product forms and the overall development trend, This paper systematically analyzes the deep background and motivation of the development of digital publishing in university publishing houses, and analyzes the present situation of the development of digital publishing of university publishing houses, summarizes the characteristics of digital publishing of university publishing houses, and analyzes the characteristics of digital publishing of university publishing houses through the SWOT analysis of university publishing houses. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of digital publishing by university publishing houses are clarified, and the position of digital publishing of university publishing houses is clarified. On the basis of previous analysis, the corresponding countermeasures for digital publishing of university publishing houses are put forward. That is, to overcome the scattered, to implement the horizontal coordinated development strategy, to base on the product characteristics of the differentiated development strategy, to implement the strategy of strengthening the community of talents, and to strengthen the construction of the compound talents of digital publishing.
