【摘要】：本文從資源配置、資金保障、技術(shù)支持、溝通合作、人員激勵(lì)等方面探討了圖書(shū)館聯(lián)盟參與數(shù)字出版的優(yōu)勢(shì),基于ICOLC網(wǎng)站提供的圖書(shū)館聯(lián)盟數(shù)字出版職能,將圖書(shū)館聯(lián)盟參與數(shù)字出版的模式歸納為機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)、OA期刊、OA圖書(shū)、開(kāi)放科學(xué)以及倡導(dǎo)OA活動(dòng)等,對(duì)圖書(shū)館聯(lián)盟參與數(shù)字出版可能存在的內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)、外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、成員館主動(dòng)性喪失、版權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了思考。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the advantages of library alliance in digital publishing from the aspects of resource allocation, fund guarantee, technical support, communication and cooperation, staff motivation, etc., which is based on the function of library alliance digital publishing provided by ICOLC website. The model of library alliance participating in digital publishing is summarized as institutional knowledge base and OA periodicals, open science and advocating OA activities, and the internal coordination and external competition of library alliance participating in digital publishing. The loss of initiative and copyright risk of member libraries are considered.
