【摘要】:酸奶冰淇淋是以酸奶制作的營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康的冷凍飲品,它綜合了酸奶和冰淇淋的雙重特點(diǎn)。論述了冷凍酸奶的生產(chǎn)配料、制作與要求及其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值,以適應(yīng)冷飲市場(chǎng)上升的趨勢(shì)與活力,滿足人們的消費(fèi)需求。指明未來(lái)具有廣大的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:Yoghurt ice cream is a nutritious and healthy frozen drink made from yoghurt. It combines the dual characteristics of yogurt and ice cream. This paper discusses the production ingredients, production and requirements of frozen yoghurt and its nutritional value in order to adapt to the rising trend and vitality of cold drink market and meet the consumption demand of people. It is pointed out that there will be a broad consumer market in the future.
