【摘要】：服務(wù)化已成為制造企業(yè)發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。對制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化的概念進(jìn)行梳理,并結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和產(chǎn)品-服務(wù)關(guān)系提出了四種服務(wù)化模式;從不同服務(wù)化模式涉及的服務(wù)類型出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地對服務(wù)化的生態(tài)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行探討;同時(shí)對制造企業(yè)服務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行歸納,提出"環(huán)境-資源-治理"分析框架,并進(jìn)一步提出促進(jìn)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化的相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:Service has become an important strategic choice for manufacturing enterprises to develop green economy and realize sustainable development. This paper combs the concept of service in manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward four service models according to the industrial chain and product-service relationship, and systematically discusses the ecological effect of service from the service types involved in different service modes. At the same time, the driving factors of manufacturing enterprise service are summarized, the analysis framework of "environment-resource-governance" is put forward, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the service of manufacturing enterprise are put forward.
