基于素質(zhì)模型的寧波供電公司內(nèi)訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展以及技術(shù)革新的不斷深化,企業(yè)為了適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境對(duì)內(nèi)部員工的綜合素質(zhì)要求也不斷提高。供電企業(yè)作為國(guó)企,企業(yè)內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)尤其多不適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,其中員工素質(zhì)與企業(yè)發(fā)展需求不匹配問(wèn)題尤為突出。供電企業(yè)員工綜合素質(zhì)不高主要包括觀念陳舊、知識(shí)老化、技能缺乏等。勞動(dòng)者綜合素質(zhì)與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)發(fā)展需求之間矛盾激化,即勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì)已不能滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。全面提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì),提高企業(yè)工作效率和產(chǎn)出,成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,開展企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)是提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)的重要措施。開展員工培訓(xùn),提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì),首先應(yīng)提高培訓(xùn)師的素質(zhì),因此,企業(yè)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師擔(dān)負(fù)著企業(yè)傳道授業(yè)解惑的使命,為企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)提供著智慧源泉。企業(yè)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師的素質(zhì)就成為企業(yè)舉足輕重的關(guān)鍵之處。本文試圖從勝任力素質(zhì)模型出發(fā),通過(guò)分析其產(chǎn)生的背景、具體構(gòu)建步驟及流程等理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合寧波供電公司內(nèi)訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)供電企業(yè)對(duì)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)需求與實(shí)際情況,在進(jìn)行實(shí)際調(diào)查之后構(gòu)建了供電企業(yè)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)模型大綱。在收集資料的基礎(chǔ)上,分級(jí)建模,構(gòu)建了初級(jí)、中級(jí)、高級(jí)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)模型,并具體闡述了模型在內(nèi)訓(xùn)師管理中的具體應(yīng)用情況。本文還結(jié)合內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)模型在寧波供電公司內(nèi)訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用的實(shí)際情況,從可行程序以及該素質(zhì)模型對(duì)企業(yè)的五個(gè)方面的可行合理性進(jìn)行分析,證明了內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)模型用于企業(yè)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有效性、在企業(yè)人力資源的開發(fā)和培訓(xùn)中的必要性和合理可行性。同時(shí)明確了該素質(zhì)模型對(duì)于企業(yè)內(nèi)訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的影響,闡述了企業(yè)基于內(nèi)訓(xùn)師素質(zhì)模型的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)策略的調(diào)整。本文的研究,對(duì)相關(guān)供電公司內(nèi)訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the deepening of technological innovation, in order to adapt to the new environment, enterprises also improve the comprehensive quality of internal staff. As a state-owned enterprise, there are many problems in power supply enterprises that are not suitable for the development of enterprises, especially the mismatch between the quality of employees and the development needs of enterprises. The comprehensive quality of employees in power supply enterprises is not high, including outdated concepts, aging knowledge, lack of skills and so on. The contradiction between the comprehensive quality of workers and the needs of social economy and enterprise development is intensified, that is to say, the quality of workers can no longer meet the needs of today's social economy and enterprise development. It is urgent to improve the quality of workers and improve the efficiency and output of enterprises in an all-round way. According to the advanced experience at home and abroad, it is an important measure to improve the quality of workers to vigorously develop vocational education and carry out employee training. To carry out staff training and improve the quality of workers, first of all, the quality of trainers should be improved. therefore, the trainers in the enterprise undertake the mission of preaching and instructing the enterprise to solve the confusion, and provide the source of wisdom for the growth of the enterprise. The quality of internal trainers has become the key to the enterprise. This paper attempts to start from the competency quality model, through the analysis of its background, specific construction steps and process and other theoretical basis, combined with the current situation of the construction of internal trainers in Ningbo Power supply Company. According to the demand and actual situation of internal trainers in power supply enterprises, the outline of internal trainer quality model in power supply enterprises is constructed after the actual investigation. On the basis of collecting data, hierarchical modeling is carried out, and the quality model of primary, intermediate and senior internal trainers is constructed, and the concrete application of the model in the management of internal trainers is expounded in detail. Combined with the actual situation of the application of the internal trainer quality model in the construction of the internal trainer team in Ningbo Power supply Company, this paper analyzes the feasibility and rationality of the five aspects of the enterprise from the feasible procedure and the quality model. It is proved that the quality model of internal trainers is effective in the construction of internal trainers, and it is necessary and reasonable in the development and training of human resources in enterprises. At the same time, the influence of the quality model on the team construction of internal trainers is clarified, and the adjustment of team construction strategy based on the quality model of internal trainers is expounded. The research of this paper has important reference value for the construction of internal trainers in related power supply companies.
