中海油銷售服務(wù)分公司銷售人員培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì),隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,給企業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展提出了不小的挑戰(zhàn),然而,挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存。作為一家大型的國際能源公司,中國海洋石油公司必須要抓住市場機(jī)遇,積極應(yīng)對(duì)各種挑戰(zhàn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源的不斷投入,積極培養(yǎng)和挖掘各類專業(yè)性人才,這樣才能使公司在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。就像克里曼-斯通曾經(jīng)這樣闡述,“企業(yè)員工真正的福利就是不斷接受培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行自我提升”,“企業(yè)付出的真正成本就是沒有對(duì)員工進(jìn)行有效培訓(xùn)”。目前,由于相對(duì)落后的管理理念以及國有企業(yè)相對(duì)保守的管理體制,中國海洋石油公司與其他國外大型能源公司相比,管理理念相對(duì)落后,人力資源管理水平較低,員工培訓(xùn)投入相對(duì)不足,培訓(xùn)方式及方法有待于進(jìn)一步提升。因此,要提升中國海油在國際環(huán)境中的競爭力,提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部的管理水平,提升企業(yè)在本行業(yè)中的主導(dǎo)地位,企業(yè)就必須加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升人力資源培訓(xùn)力度,不斷培養(yǎng)和發(fā)掘?qū)I(yè)性人才。與此同時(shí),優(yōu)化中海油人力資源的培訓(xùn)效果是增加企業(yè)國內(nèi)外競爭力、有效培養(yǎng)企業(yè)專業(yè)性人才的內(nèi)在要求,也是保障國家經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要因素。因此,就中海油銷售服務(wù)分公司銷售人員培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化效果研究勢在必行。本文從中海油銷售服務(wù)公司銷售人員人力資源培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論分析入手,提出并解釋了涉及的概念,對(duì)中海油人力資源培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際情況、存在的相關(guān)問題以及原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述與分析,并就現(xiàn)狀提出了優(yōu)化中海油銷售服務(wù)公司銷售人員人力資源培訓(xùn)的對(duì)策。通過對(duì)中海油培訓(xùn)體系的研究,以促進(jìn)中海油銷售服務(wù)公司銷售人員人力資源培訓(xùn)工作有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous development of Internet technology, there are no small challenges to the development of enterprise management. However, challenges and opportunities coexist. As a large international energy company, CNOOC must seize the market opportunity, actively meet all kinds of challenges, strengthen the continuous investment in human resources of enterprises, and actively train and tap all kinds of professional talents. Only in this way can the company remain invincible in the fierce market competition. As Kliman Stone once said, "the real benefit of employees is to constantly receive training for self-improvement," and "the real cost for companies is that they don't train their employees effectively." At present, due to the relatively backward management concept and the relatively conservative management system of state-owned enterprises, compared with other large foreign energy companies, the management concept of CNOOC is relatively backward and the level of human resources management is lower. Staff training investment is relatively insufficient, training methods and methods need to be further improved. Therefore, in order to enhance the competitiveness of CNOOC in the international environment, improve the internal management level of enterprises, and enhance the leading position of enterprises in their own industry, enterprises must strengthen the construction of talent team and enhance the training of human resources. Constantly train and explore professional talents. At the same time, optimizing the training effect of CNOOC human resources is the internal requirement to increase the competitiveness of enterprises at home and abroad and effectively train professional talents, and it is also an important factor to ensure the prosperity of the national economy and social stability. Therefore, it is imperative to study the optimization effect of sales staff training system in CNOOC sales Service Branch. This paper starts with the theoretical analysis of the human resources training of the sales staff of CNOOC sales Service Company, and puts forward and explains the concepts involved and the actual situation of the human resources training of CNOOC. This paper expounds and analyzes the existing problems and causes in detail, and puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the human resources training of the sales staff of CNOOC sales and Service Company according to the present situation. Through the research of CNOOC training system, it is beneficial to promote the human resource training of sales staff of CNOOC sales Service Company.
