基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)管理技術(shù)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著技術(shù)的變革和進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)代制造企業(yè)正面臨著持續(xù)多變和越來越激烈的全球性競爭,信息化管理已成為提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要途徑。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)作為信息化管理的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),貫穿了產(chǎn)品的生命周期和企業(yè)的各個職能部門。由于產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)的形式復(fù)雜、涉及部門多和數(shù)據(jù)量龐大,因此如何保證產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)在生命周期中的準(zhǔn)確性和一致性已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)成功與否的關(guān)鍵。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)在產(chǎn)品生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management, PLM)中通常是以物料清單(Bill of Material,BOM)的形式進(jìn)行管理。然而,現(xiàn)有的PLM技術(shù)將產(chǎn)品生命周期中不同階段的BOM作為獨(dú)立對象分別處理,容易導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品生命周期中各階段BOM間的數(shù)據(jù)的不一致。因此,本文主要針對產(chǎn)品生命周期各階段BOM數(shù)據(jù)的一致性展開研究,通過建立產(chǎn)品生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型來管理產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),保證產(chǎn)品生命周期中數(shù)據(jù)的一致性。第一章介紹了本文的研究背景,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了目前研究的一些不足,給出了本文的研究意義,并提出了論文的主要研究內(nèi)容和總體框架。第二章提出了基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)管理原理,主要闡述了產(chǎn)品生命周期中各種不同BOM的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系,同時給出了BOM一致性管理的需求。在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型管理產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的原理和技術(shù)體系。第三章提出了產(chǎn)品生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型,闡述了產(chǎn)品生命周期中的各種業(yè)務(wù)對象、數(shù)據(jù)對象和聯(lián)系對象,并利用這些不同的對象來描述產(chǎn)品生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型。第四章提出了基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)視圖描述、建立和派生方法,并給出了詳細(xì)的視圖建立和派生的操作步驟。第五章是基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型的多視圖管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用,主要闡述了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計等,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于生命周期數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)系模型的多視圖管理系統(tǒng),并以汽車傳動軸總成為例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。第六章是總結(jié)與展望,首先對論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出了本文的主要研究成果,并對未來的研究和工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the change and progress of technology, modern manufacturing enterprises are facing continuous and changeable and increasingly fierce global competition, information management has become an important way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Product structure data, as the basic data of information management, runs through the product life cycle and each functional department of the enterprise. Because the form of product structure data is complex, involving a large number of departments and large amount of data, how to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product structure data in the life cycle has become the key to the success of enterprises. Product structure is usually managed in the form of Bill of Materials (BOM) (Bill of Material,BOM in Product Lifecycle Management (Product Lifecycle Management, PLM). However, the existing PLM technologies treat the BOM of different phases of the product life cycle as independent objects, which can easily lead to the inconsistency of the data between the BOM phases of the product life cycle. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the consistency of BOM data in every stage of product life cycle, and manages product structure data by establishing product lifecycle data connection model to ensure the consistency of product life cycle data. The first chapter introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research status, summarizes some shortcomings of the present research, gives the research significance of this paper, and puts forward the main research contents and the overall framework of the paper. In the second chapter, the principle of product structure management based on life cycle data relationship model is proposed, and the difference and connection of different BOM in product lifecycle are mainly discussed. At the same time, the requirements of BOM consistency management are given. On this basis, the principle and technical system of product structure management based on life cycle data association model are presented. In the third chapter, the product lifecycle data association model is proposed, and various business objects, data objects and contact objects in the product life cycle are described, and these different objects are used to describe the product life cycle data association model. In chapter 4, the description, establishment and derivation of product structure view based on life cycle data connection model are presented, and the detailed operation steps of view establishment and derivation are given. The fifth chapter is the design and application of the multi-view management system based on the life-cycle data association model, mainly describes the overall design of the system, the design of the database and so on, and realizes the multi-view management system based on the life-cycle data association model. It is verified by the example of automobile transmission shaft. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect. Firstly, the thesis is summarized, the main research results are put forward, and the future research and work are prospected.
