【摘要】：經(jīng)過2008年行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)后,市場規(guī)模趨于理性,用戶產(chǎn)品的需求越來越不確定和個(gè)性化,同時(shí)產(chǎn)品的銷售價(jià)格一降再將,各企業(yè)為了保住市場競爭力,都采取降低內(nèi)部成本的方法來應(yīng)對行業(yè)的變化。在以制造為主的企業(yè)中,原材料作為產(chǎn)品需求的基礎(chǔ),占據(jù)著30%左右的固定成本,不僅如此,原材料的采購受市場價(jià)格波動因素影響,稍有不慎就會增加企業(yè)的運(yùn)營成本。所以適當(dāng)?shù)脑牧蠋齑娌坏梢宰鳛楣⿷?yīng)、生產(chǎn)、銷售的緩沖區(qū),滿足柔性化生產(chǎn)的需要,更主要的是可以降低產(chǎn)品成本增加的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),因此原材料庫存管理通常被作為多數(shù)企業(yè)控制內(nèi)部成本的切入點(diǎn)。WD公司擁有制造類企業(yè)的所有特征,管理粗放,經(jīng)驗(yàn)主義優(yōu)先,原材料成本占據(jù)著部分運(yùn)營成本,同時(shí)作為中小企業(yè)具有一定的代表性。本文以其實(shí)際運(yùn)營情況為背景,充分描述WD公司當(dāng)前原材料庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,包括原材料的種類、需求預(yù)測、采購流程、庫存管理方法等。結(jié)合WD公司的日常運(yùn)營分析出原材料庫存管理過程中存在的問題,是否存在呆滯料、需求預(yù)測和安全庫存的設(shè)定是否合理,以及采購模式的優(yōu)化補(bǔ)充等。最后運(yùn)用科學(xué)的庫存管理方法,對原材料管理中出現(xiàn)問題提出解決的措施方案,引用歷史需求預(yù)測法、ABC分類法,定期不定量的訂貨模式、安全庫存的設(shè)定等,對現(xiàn)有原材料庫存管理方法進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充優(yōu)化,使得WD公司的原材料庫存管理更加合理、有效。
[Abstract]:After the economic crisis of 2008, the market scale tends to be rational, the demand of user's products becomes more and more uncertain and individualized, at the same time, the sales price of the products will be reduced again and again, in order to maintain the market competitiveness, Both take the approach of reducing internal costs to cope with changes in the industry. In manufacturing enterprises, raw materials as the basis of product demand, accounting for about 30% of the fixed cost, not only, the purchase of raw materials is affected by market price fluctuations, a little inadvertent will increase the operating costs of enterprises. Therefore, proper inventory of raw materials can not only serve as a buffer for supply, production and sales to meet the needs of flexible production, but also reduce the risk of increasing product costs. Therefore, inventory management of raw materials is usually used as the entry point for most enterprises to control internal costs. WD has all the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, management is extensive, empiricism is preferred, raw material costs account for part of the operating costs. At the same time, as a small and medium-sized representative. Based on the actual operation of WD Company, this paper fully describes the current situation of raw material inventory management, including the types of raw materials, demand forecasting, procurement process, inventory management methods and so on. Combined with the daily operation of WD Company, the problems in the process of raw material inventory management, whether there are stagnant materials, whether the demand forecast and safety inventory setting are reasonable, and how to optimize the purchasing mode are analyzed. Finally, by using the scientific inventory management method, the paper puts forward some measures to solve the problems in raw material management, including historical demand forecasting method, ABC classification, regular and unquantitative ordering mode, safe stock setting, etc. The existing raw material inventory management methods are supplemented and optimized to make the raw material inventory management of WD more reasonable and effective.
