廊坊供電公司精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理是一項(xiàng)已經(jīng)取得偉大成就的先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)模式,它是一種全新的企業(yè)理念,包含了企業(yè)運(yùn)作的方法和技術(shù)。供電企業(yè)通過(guò)實(shí)行精益化管理,不但能夠降低投入產(chǎn)出比,獲得更大利益,而且可以指導(dǎo)其大幅度地提高運(yùn)營(yíng)能力。本文在全面分析供電企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)和層次分析法兩種分析方法,給出了供電企業(yè)精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的指標(biāo)體系。研究了廊坊供電企業(yè)精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的評(píng)價(jià)情況,算例顯示了這兩種方法相結(jié)合的有效性和實(shí)用性。本文首先對(duì)研究課題的背景和意義進(jìn)行了論述,然后分析了該理論在世界范圍內(nèi)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,圍繞指標(biāo)體系的建立和評(píng)價(jià)方法的選取等做了理論分析。結(jié)合供電企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),建立了符合供電企業(yè)精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的意義進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。論述了有益于改善全面指標(biāo)管理、規(guī)范作業(yè)與流程以及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的重要性,分析了全面指標(biāo)管理、規(guī)范作業(yè)與流程以及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)下設(shè)指標(biāo)的所占權(quán)重以及得分情況。提出了提升供電企業(yè)精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的具體措施,要做到:抓制度、理流程,夯實(shí)精細(xì)化管理基礎(chǔ);抓思想、轉(zhuǎn)觀念,樹(shù)立精細(xì)化管理意識(shí)。最后對(duì)精益化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Lean operation management is an advanced production model which has made great achievements. It is a new concept of enterprise, including the method and technology of enterprise operation. By implementing lean management, power supply enterprises can not only reduce the input-output ratio and gain more benefits, but also guide them to improve their operation ability by a large margin. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of power supply enterprise operation management, this paper presents the index system of lean operation management of power supply enterprise by using two analytical methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation of lean operation management in Langfang power supply enterprise is studied. An example shows the effectiveness and practicability of the two methods. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the research topic, then analyzes the current situation of the application of the theory in the world, and makes a theoretical analysis around the establishment of the index system and the selection of evaluation methods. According to the characteristics of power supply enterprises, the evaluation index system of lean operation management in power supply enterprises is established, and the significance of each index in the index system is expounded in detail. This paper discusses the importance of improving the overall index management, standardizing the operation and process, and team building, and analyzes the weight and score of the overall index management, the standardization of the operation and process, and the index under the team building. This paper puts forward the specific measures to improve the lean operation and management of power supply enterprises, which should be achieved as follows: grasping the system, managing the process, ramming the foundation of fine management, grasping the idea, changing the idea, and establishing the consciousness of fine management. Finally, the future development of lean operation management is summarized and prospected.
