【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),制造企業(yè)的整體市場環(huán)境疲軟明顯,這樣的機(jī)械制造市場環(huán)境給機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。機(jī)械制造企業(yè)如何優(yōu)化內(nèi)部管理、降低生產(chǎn)成本已經(jīng)成為機(jī)械制造企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵所在。本文就是針對這樣的研究背景,以中外合資A公司為具體的研究對象,對A公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行了研究。在本文研究過程中,前面針對現(xiàn)場管理、生產(chǎn)部現(xiàn)場管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了全面規(guī)范的梳理,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),同時結(jié)合中外合資A公司的在當(dāng)?shù)厮鶎贆C(jī)械產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)情況,對企業(yè)目前在跨部門合作、生產(chǎn)異常事件的預(yù)防、控制及如何利用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策等方面的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并且針對概括的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場存在的問題,提出了針對性的A公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理優(yōu)化方案,強(qiáng)調(diào)在跨部門合作方面,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊文化建設(shè)和制度建設(shè),明確各個崗位職責(zé)。完善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場各部門組織結(jié)構(gòu),實行績效捆綁式績效考核體系,在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場信息管理方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)該總是現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),切實的落實生產(chǎn)信息化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。在生產(chǎn)異常事件預(yù)防方面,應(yīng)該完善生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險評估,完事定期檢查和考核。最后,本文針對A公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理優(yōu)化方案的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了評價,通過評價可以看出,本文構(gòu)建的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理優(yōu)化方案切實的促進(jìn)了生產(chǎn)過程中各個部門之間的溝通和協(xié)調(diào),完善了生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場信息化的落實,切實的達(dá)到了生產(chǎn)異�？刂频哪繕�(biāo)。通過本文的研究,不僅全面的了解到了中外合資A公司在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理方面的先現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并且為該公司優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理,提供了科學(xué)的優(yōu)化方案,為其他機(jī)械制造企業(yè)合理的借鑒該方法,完善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理,提高生產(chǎn)績效起到了借鑒作用和參考價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with China's economy entering the new normal economy, the overall market environment of manufacturing enterprises is obviously weak, such a mechanical manufacturing market environment for the survival and development of mechanical manufacturing enterprises put forward a new challenge. How to optimize the internal management and reduce the production cost has become the key point for the mechanical manufacturing enterprises to gain the competitive advantage. Aiming at this research background, this paper studies the optimization of production site management of A company with Sino-foreign joint venture A company as the specific research object. In the research process of this paper, the related theories of field management and production department field management are combed in an all-round and standardized way, which lays a theoretical foundation for this study. At the same time, according to the production situation of the machinery products owned by the Sino-foreign joint venture A company in the local area, the enterprises are currently cooperating across departments to prevent abnormal production incidents. The control and how to use the data to carry on the scientific decision and so on the present situation as well as the existence question has been analyzed, and aimed at the summary production spot existence question, proposed the pertinence A company production spot management optimization plan, In cross-departmental cooperation, we should strengthen the construction of team culture and system, and clarify the responsibilities of each post. Improve the organization structure of all departments in the production site and implement the performance appraisal system of performance bundling. In the aspect of information management on the production site, it is emphasized that the production data should always be on the spot and the application of the production information system should be carried out in practice. In the prevention of abnormal production events, we should improve the production risk assessment, regular inspection and assessment. Finally, the paper evaluates the application effect of A Company's production site management optimization scheme, and it can be seen from the evaluation, The optimized plan of production site management has promoted the communication and coordination among the departments in the production process, improved the implementation of the production site information, and achieved the goal of abnormal production control. Through the research of this paper, we not only fully understand the present situation and existing problems in the production site management of Sino-foreign joint venture A company, but also provide a scientific optimization scheme for the company to optimize the production site management. It plays a reference role and reference value for other mechanical manufacturing enterprises to use this method for reference, to perfect the management of production site and to improve the production performance.
