法約爾管理思想及其在管理學史中的地位

【摘要】:2016年是法約爾發(fā)表《工業(yè)管理及其一般管理》100周年。法約爾的管理思想在管理學史上有著崇高的地位,但與同時代的泰勒相比,其思想在現(xiàn)實中的影響力卻相對不高。法約爾在國內(nèi)學術(shù)界也是鮮有人提及。本文試圖從這個謎題出發(fā),首先討論法國的經(jīng)濟政治背景對法約爾管理研究視角的影響,并認為正是法國的強勢政府以及雇傭關(guān)系的特點,決定了法約爾的管理學研究視角相對于泰勒而言更加"單純"而沒有政治包袱。但是也正是由于這種"單純"又導致法約爾的理論忽視了當時企業(yè)運行中的主要矛盾。直到二戰(zhàn)后50年代,伴隨著美國大規(guī)模企業(yè)興起,法約爾所關(guān)注的組織及其管理問題又被學者發(fā)現(xiàn)。而法約爾對組織管理的獨到定義,又為美國管理學者整合"叢林般"的管理學理論提供了一個理想的框架。
[Abstract]:2016 marks the 100th anniversary of Fayor's publication of Industrial Management and General Management. Fayol's management thought has a high status in the history of management, but its influence is relatively low compared with the contemporary Taylor. Fayol is also rarely mentioned in domestic academia. Starting from this puzzle, this paper first discusses the influence of France's economic and political background on the perspective of Fayol's management, and argues that it is the characteristics of France's strong government and employment relations. Therefore, Fayol's perspective of management research is simpler than Taylor's and has no political burden. But it is precisely because of this "simplicity" that Fayol's theory ignores the main contradiction in the operation of the enterprise at that time. Until the 50's after World War II, with the rise of large-scale American enterprises, Fayol's concern about organization and its management was discovered by scholars. Fayol's original definition of organizational management provides an ideal framework for American management scholars to integrate the "jungle" management theory.
