【摘要】：我國(guó)是世界有色金屬生產(chǎn)及消費(fèi)大國(guó),10種有色金屬產(chǎn)量連續(xù)13年世界第一。山西省作為全國(guó)有色金屬原材料出口重要省份,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)為全國(guó)有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。2003年以來(lái),全行業(yè)產(chǎn)能呈現(xiàn)相對(duì)過(guò)剩,發(fā)展問(wèn)題日益顯現(xiàn)。本文在分析近年來(lái)有色金屬行業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)能、電價(jià)、企業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、政策因素等方面存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,提出應(yīng)采取煤電鋁一體化發(fā)展、企業(yè)間兼并重組、加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、進(jìn)行機(jī)制體制改革等措施,促進(jìn)山西省有色金屬行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is a world non-ferrous metal production and consumption country, 10 kinds of non-ferrous metals output 13 years in a row the world first. Shanxi Province, as an important province for the export of non-ferrous metals raw materials, has made great contributions to the national nonferrous metal industry for a long time. On the basis of analyzing the production and management situation of nonferrous metal industry in recent years, this paper makes an in-depth study on the problems existing in the aspects of capacity, electricity price, enterprise scale, product structure, policy factors, etc., and puts forward that the integrated development of coal, electricity and aluminum should be adopted. In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the nonferrous metal industry in Shanxi Province, the merger and reorganization among enterprises, the acceleration of industrial structure adjustment and the reform of mechanism and system are carried out.
