基于博弈的制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式及推進策略研究
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry of our country occupies a large share of the national economy, but the ability of technological innovation is on the low side all the time. Game theory is introduced to improve the ability of decision making, risk bearing and innovation cooperation of manufacturing enterprises, and to solve the problems of distribution of benefits in the process of cooperative innovation. It is of great practical significance to improve the level of technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the research status of technology innovation and game theory at home and abroad, and summarizes the application of game theory in enterprise competition and cooperation, cooperative benefit distribution, technological innovation evolution and so on. Secondly, the basic elements of game theory, the classification of classical expressions and game models, the technological innovation process and characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and the typical technological innovation models of manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. Then, the paper analyzes the technological innovation input and output of manufacturing enterprises in China in recent years, compares the technological innovation input and output situation in foreign countries, and summarizes some problems existing in the technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises in our country. The internal and external factors affecting the technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises are studied. On this basis, the overall framework of technological innovation mode of manufacturing enterprises based on game is put forward, and then the decision-making mode of technological innovation of manufacturing enterprises based on game is constructed. Risk compensation model, cooperation model and benefit distribution model. Thirdly, the decision mode of technological innovation, risk compensation model, cooperation model and benefit distribution model of manufacturing enterprises are analyzed separately, and the capability of technological innovation investment is designed. The evaluation index system of five aspects, such as the operation effect of technological innovation decision mode, is evaluated by the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. Finally, a series of policies and measures are put forward from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises, cooperative organizations, governments and security agencies to promote the implementation of technological innovation models in manufacturing enterprises.
