D服裝加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:服裝加工是中國傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),由于廉價的勞動力優(yōu)勢,具有較強(qiáng)的國際競爭力。改革開放三十多年來,中國的服裝加工貿(mào)易取得了前所未有的發(fā)展。伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,D服裝加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)的經(jīng)營發(fā)展也受得了前所未有的沖擊。原有的以低勞動力成本帶來的低附加值服裝產(chǎn)品已很難適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代服裝企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要了。服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和加工貿(mào)易的轉(zhuǎn)型升級已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。服裝加工貿(mào)易行業(yè)在我國具有舉足輕重的地位,它促成了我國在世界服裝生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域的市場規(guī)模都是巨大的。本文采用理論與實(shí)例相結(jié)合的研究方法,對服裝加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。通過PEST分析和應(yīng)用SWOT模型理論對服裝加工企業(yè)的內(nèi)部資源、外部環(huán)境及自身的優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn),為企業(yè)規(guī)劃出戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略思想,制定公司的整體戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施重點(diǎn),設(shè)計符合本企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級戰(zhàn)略,使之符合國際服裝貿(mào)易市場的需求。本企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀是中國服裝加工行業(yè)的縮影,目前中國的服裝加工行業(yè)面臨著全面的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,希望通過對現(xiàn)有服裝貿(mào)易加工企業(yè)的競爭戰(zhàn)略研究,使我國服裝加工貿(mào)易的轉(zhuǎn)型升級的最終目標(biāo)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Garment processing is China's traditional industry, because of the advantage of cheap labor, has a strong international competitiveness. Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China's garment processing trade has made unprecedented development. With the rapid development of the global economy and the transformation and upgrading of the modern enterprise structure, the management and development of D garment processing trade enterprises have also suffered an unprecedented impact. The original low added-value garment products brought by low labor cost have been difficult to adapt to the development of modern garment enterprises. The optimization of garment industry structure and the transformation and upgrading of processing trade have become urgent affairs. Garment processing trade plays an important role in our country. It promotes the market scale of our country in the world clothing production and consumption field is huge. This paper studies the competitive strategy of garment processing trade enterprises by combining theory with examples. Through the analysis of PEST and the application of SWOT model theory, this paper analyzes the internal resources, external environment and advantages and disadvantages of garment processing enterprises, and combines the characteristics of the enterprises to plan the strategic objectives and strategic ideas for the enterprises. Formulate the company's overall strategy and strategic implementation focus, design in line with the enterprise's management model and industrial structure upgrading strategy, so as to meet the needs of the international clothing trade market. The present situation of this enterprise is the epitome of China's garment processing industry. At present, China's garment processing industry is facing a comprehensive transformation and upgrading, hoping to study the competitive strategy of the existing garment trade processing enterprises. So that the final goal of the transformation and upgrading of China's garment processing trade can be achieved.
