【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)正處在調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,國(guó)家在各行業(yè)大力推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,保持國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)科學(xué)發(fā)展,朝著實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。東汽公司是國(guó)家能源動(dòng)力裝備行業(yè)的國(guó)有骨干企業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)近50年的發(fā)展,成長(zhǎng)為集火電、核電、氣電、風(fēng)電等多元化發(fā)展的國(guó)際知名透平機(jī)械制造商,其主要汽輪機(jī)產(chǎn)品已實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際化。目前,東汽公司在國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)的大環(huán)境下同樣處于調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)促轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并存期,在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略研究十分緊迫和重要,其研究成果對(duì)公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略將起到關(guān)鍵的支撐作用。本文應(yīng)用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略研究相關(guān)的理論,分析研究東汽公司發(fā)展過(guò)程中不同階段的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略及實(shí)現(xiàn),剖析其過(guò)去技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的合理性及問(wèn)題,有鑒于現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施。本文應(yīng)用SWOT分析法,對(duì)公司目前的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了客觀分析,主要是行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析,識(shí)別了機(jī)會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn);對(duì)公司現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,識(shí)別了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和資源條件。提出了現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略主模式是技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新+合作創(chuàng)新模式。對(duì)火電、核電、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)、風(fēng)電分別制定主要戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)容。應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施理論,從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的組織結(jié)構(gòu),控制系統(tǒng)和組織文化三個(gè)方面制定戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施系統(tǒng),協(xié)調(diào)和激勵(lì)員工,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施論述主要以東汽公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)部門的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作為研究對(duì)象,提出了實(shí)施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要工作內(nèi)容:(1)各級(jí)職能組織結(jié)構(gòu)的管理實(shí)施;(2)人力資源管理實(shí)施;(3)差異化技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施;(4)成本領(lǐng)先為導(dǎo)向,實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略;(5)樹(shù)立品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),著力提高品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力;(6)實(shí)施新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略;(7)實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)思維模式的合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。正確的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及實(shí)現(xiàn)將深刻影響公司市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有重要的支撐作用。本研究成果在公司的總體發(fā)展規(guī)劃方面將具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, our country is in the period of restructuring and steady growth of the national economy. The state is vigorously promoting the strategy of technological innovation and development in various industries to maintain the sustainable and scientific development of the national economy. To achieve the great "Chinese Dream" national development strategic objectives. Dongqi Company is a state-owned backbone enterprise in the national energy power equipment industry. After nearly 50 years of development, it has grown into an internationally renowned turbine machinery manufacturer with diversified development such as thermal power, nuclear power, gas and electricity, wind power, etc. Its main steam turbine products have been internationalized. At present, Dongqi Company is also in the strategic opportunity and risk of structural adjustment and transformation in the international and domestic environment. The strategic research in the field of technological innovation is very urgent and important. Its research results will play a key role in supporting the overall strategy of sustainable development of the company. Based on the theory of technology innovation strategy research, this paper analyzes and studies the technology innovation strategy and its realization in different stages of the development process of Dongqi Company, and analyzes the rationality and problems of its technology innovation strategy in the past. In view of the present stage of technology innovation strategy formulation and implementation. In this paper, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current strategic environment of the company, mainly the status quo of the industry, the trend of technological development and the analysis of competitors, and identify the opportunities and risks. This paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company's technological innovation at present, and identifies the technological innovation ability and resource conditions. This paper puts forward that the main mode of technology innovation strategy is technological independent innovation cooperation innovation mode. For thermal power, nuclear power, gas turbines, wind power, respectively, to formulate the main strategic content. By applying the theory of strategic implementation, the strategy implementation system is formulated from three aspects: the organizational structure of technological innovation, the control system and the organizational culture, and the staff are coordinated and encouraged to achieve the goal. This paper mainly discusses the technical innovation work of the product research and development department of Dongqi Company, and puts forward the main work contents of the implementation of the technology innovation: (1) the management and implementation of the functional organizational structure at all levels; (2) implementation of human resource management; (3) implementation of differentiated technology innovation strategy; (4) implementation of international strategy of technology products guided by cost leading; (5) establishment of brand competition consciousness and improvement of brand competitiveness; (6) implement new product development strategy; (7) implement cooperative technology innovation strategy of network thinking mode. Correct strategic planning and realization of technological innovation will have a profound impact on the market competitiveness of the company and thus play an important supporting role in realizing the overall development strategy of the company. The results of this study will have important guiding significance in the overall development planning of the company.
