廣西汽車企業(yè)資源要素對(duì)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過多年的不懈努力,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了長足進(jìn)步,無論是汽車產(chǎn)量還是銷量,均超過歐美國家,躍居世界首位。同樣,由于受到自治區(qū)的高度關(guān)注,廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到發(fā)展,尤其是在汽車技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,部分汽車企業(yè)取得了一些突破。為了更好地推動(dòng)廣西汽車企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,提升其自主創(chuàng)新能力,本研究從企業(yè)資源要素的角度研究廣西汽車企業(yè)資源要素對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響,主要解決三個(gè)問題:(1)影響廣西汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的資源要素;(2)廣西汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià);(3)廣西汽車企業(yè)各類資源要素與自主創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析。本研究主要內(nèi)容包括以下六個(gè)部分。第一章是緒論部分,提出了本文研究的主要問題以及理論意義和實(shí)際意義,并對(duì)企業(yè)資源要素、企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力兩個(gè)方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧。此外,還介紹了本研究的研究內(nèi)容、研究路徑及研究方法。第二章介紹了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括企業(yè)資源基礎(chǔ)理論、企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新理論及競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)理論。第三章分析了廣西汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力。首先根據(jù)企業(yè)調(diào)研情況介紹了近年來廣西汽車企業(yè)取得的技術(shù)成果,結(jié)合廣西汽車企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況分析其自主創(chuàng)新存在的問題,而后在前人研究結(jié)論和專家意見的基礎(chǔ)上把影響汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力最重要的資源要素分為七個(gè)方面展開論述。第四章是廣西汽車企業(yè)資源要素與自主創(chuàng)新能力關(guān)聯(lián)性分析。本章節(jié)以廣西23家汽車企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,以問卷評(píng)分作為數(shù)據(jù)來源,構(gòu)建了兩個(gè)模型進(jìn)行定量分析。首先,構(gòu)建了自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)體系,把汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力細(xì)分為12個(gè)考核指標(biāo),運(yùn)用因子分析法得出23家企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)分值。在對(duì)23家企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)完畢后,以創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)值作為參考序列,資源評(píng)分作為比較序列,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型計(jì)算出各類資源要素與汽車企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,根據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)結(jié)果即可得出哪些資源對(duì)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響最大。第五章根據(jù)前文分析結(jié)果分別從企業(yè)文化資源,資金、設(shè)備資源,政府政策資源,人力資源,產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作和創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)建設(shè)六個(gè)方面提出了一些對(duì)策建議。第六章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行回顧,并從三個(gè)方面提出了研究展望。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于從資源觀的角度分析廣西汽車企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力,一方面通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,獲得大量企業(yè)資源與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的原始數(shù)據(jù),另一方面通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型研究對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新能力作用最明顯的資源要素,得出的結(jié)論能真實(shí)反映出廣西汽車企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀并據(jù)此提出針對(duì)性建議。
[Abstract]:After years of unremitting efforts, China's automobile industry has made great progress, both in terms of car output and sales, are more than Europe and the United States, leaping to the first place in the world. Similarly, due to the high concern of the autonomous region, Guangxi auto industry has also been developed, especially in the field of automotive technology, some automobile enterprises have made some breakthroughs. In order to promote the development and growth of Guangxi automobile enterprises and improve their independent innovation ability, this paper studies the influence of Guangxi automobile enterprises' resource factors on their independent innovation ability from the angle of enterprise resource elements. It mainly solves three problems: (1) the resource factors that affect the independent innovation ability of Guangxi automobile enterprises; (2) the evaluation of independent innovation ability of Guangxi automobile enterprises, (3) the correlation analysis of various resource factors and independent innovation ability of Guangxi automobile enterprises. The main contents of this study include the following six parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, which puts forward the main problems, theoretical and practical significance of this study, and reviews the literature on enterprise resource elements and independent innovation ability. In addition, the research content, research path and research methods are also introduced. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including enterprise resource-based theory, independent innovation theory and competitive advantage theory. The third chapter analyzes the independent innovation ability of Guangxi automobile enterprises. First of all, according to the situation of enterprise investigation, this paper introduces the technical achievements of Guangxi automobile enterprises in recent years, and analyzes the problems existing in its independent innovation combining with the actual situation of Guangxi automobile enterprises. Then, on the basis of the former research conclusions and expert opinions, the most important resource factors affecting the independent innovation ability of automobile enterprises are discussed in seven aspects. The fourth chapter is the Guangxi automobile enterprise resources factor and the independent innovation ability correlation analysis. This chapter takes 23 automobile enterprises in Guangxi as the research object and the questionnaire score as the data source, constructs two models to carry on the quantitative analysis. Firstly, the evaluation system of independent innovation ability is constructed. The independent innovation ability of automobile enterprises is subdivided into 12 assessment indexes, and the scoring value of independent innovation ability of 23 enterprises is obtained by using factor analysis method. After the evaluation of the independent innovation ability of 23 enterprises is finished, the evaluation value of innovation ability is taken as the reference sequence, and the resource score is used as the comparative sequence. Based on the grey relational model, the correlation degree between various resource elements and the independent innovation ability of automobile enterprises can be calculated, and according to the correlation results, it can be concluded that which resources have the greatest influence on the independent innovation ability of enterprises. The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects: enterprise cultural resources, funds, equipment resources, government policy resources, human resources, cooperation between industry, education and research and innovation platform construction. The sixth chapter reviews the full text and puts forward the research prospect from three aspects. The innovation of this study is to analyze the independent innovation ability of Guangxi automobile enterprises from the perspective of resource. On the one hand, through field investigation, we can obtain a large number of original data of enterprise resources and technological innovation. On the other hand, the paper studies the most obvious resource elements of independent innovation ability through grey relational model. The conclusion can truly reflect the present situation of independent innovation of Guangxi automobile enterprises and put forward corresponding suggestions accordingly.
