【摘要】：建筑業(yè)作為陜西省的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展與保障就業(yè)方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。生產(chǎn)效率作為建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)競爭力的本質(zhì)因素,直接影響建筑業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。因此,在建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)競爭日趨激烈的環(huán)境下,如何提高陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,使其在激烈的市場(chǎng)競爭中更好發(fā)展,成為陜西省建筑業(yè)面臨的首要問題。本文選用2005-2012年行業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),采用傳統(tǒng)DEA模型和超效率DEA模型相結(jié)合的分析方法,選取合理的投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系,從橫向和縱向兩個(gè)方面對(duì)2005-2012年陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行測(cè)度。結(jié)果表明:從橫向來看,相比全國其他省市,2005-2012年陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率處于較低水平,在研究年份里均未達(dá)到有效,純技術(shù)效率是導(dǎo)致其技術(shù)效率無效的主要原因;從縱向來看,2005-2012年陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率整體上呈現(xiàn)出增長的趨勢(shì),除2011年、2012年達(dá)到有效外,其余年份均未達(dá)到有效水平。綜合考慮測(cè)度結(jié)果,陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率整體上逐年提高,但相比建筑業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)省市增速緩慢。為找出影響陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的因素,提高陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,本文依據(jù)測(cè)度結(jié)果采用Tobit回歸模型對(duì)影響陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的因素進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)程度、市場(chǎng)化水平與陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率顯著正相關(guān),資產(chǎn)配置和科技水平對(duì)陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率影響不顯著。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,為提高陜西省建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,本文建議加大產(chǎn)出規(guī)模、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式、深化國有體制改革和加快科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:As an important industry in Shaanxi Province, construction industry plays an important role in promoting economic and social development and ensuring employment. As the essential factor of the market competitiveness of the construction industry, production efficiency directly affects the survival and development of the construction industry. Therefore, under the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry, how to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province and make it develop better in the fierce market competition has become the primary problem facing the construction industry in Shaanxi Province. This paper selects the industry statistics from 2005 to 2012, adopts the traditional DEA model and the super efficiency DEA model to combine the analysis method, selects the reasonable input-output index to construct the index system. This paper measures the production efficiency of Shaanxi construction industry from two aspects: horizontal and vertical. The results show that, compared with other provinces and cities in China, the efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province from 2005 to 2012 was at a low level, and was not effective in the years under study, and the pure technical efficiency was the main reason for the invalidation of its technical efficiency. From the vertical point of view, the overall efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province showed an increasing trend from 2005 to 2012. Except for 2011 and 2012, the efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province did not reach the effective level. Considering the measurement results, the overall efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province is increasing year by year, but the growth rate is slower than that of the developed provinces and cities in the construction industry. In order to find out the factors that affect the production efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province and improve the efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the production efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province by using the Tobit regression model based on the measurement results. The results show that the degree of industrial development and the level of marketization are positively correlated with the production efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province, while the asset allocation and the level of science and technology have no significant effect on the production efficiency of construction industry in Shaanxi Province. According to the analysis results, in order to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province, this paper suggests to increase the output scale, to change the mode of economic growth, to deepen the reform of the state-owned system and to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
