【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,能源需求也在迅速增加,能源需求的增長(zhǎng)和污染問(wèn)題的加劇,使得人們開(kāi)始將目光投向發(fā)展可再生能源。風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為一種新型的可再生能源,越來(lái)越受到人們的重視,成為國(guó)家發(fā)展可再生能源的必然選擇。遼能風(fēng)電公司成立還不到四年的時(shí)間,由于公司發(fā)展剛剛起步,還未形成一套適合公司發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃,缺乏一定的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)。本文的主要目的是從戰(zhàn)略角度出發(fā),通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)電行業(yè)發(fā)展情況研究,根據(jù)遼能風(fēng)電公司的實(shí)際情況,提出公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和發(fā)展策略,希望能夠?qū)镜陌l(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。首先,本文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)電發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、風(fēng)電發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)并且介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電和戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)概念,為本文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,運(yùn)用PEST分析法對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和遼能風(fēng)電公司發(fā)展的環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,分析了公司發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)遇、威脅以及公司發(fā)展自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),為接下來(lái)的戰(zhàn)略研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。再次,運(yùn)用SWOT分析模型對(duì)公司目前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,找出遼能風(fēng)電公司發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,提出公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和實(shí)施方案。最后,圍繞遼能風(fēng)電公司的具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃布局、管控模式、人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)管理、信息化建設(shè)等方面提出了具體的實(shí)施建議,對(duì)公司發(fā)展具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, energy demand is also increasing rapidly, energy demand is increasing and pollution problem is worsening, so people begin to pay attention to the development of renewable energy. As a new type of renewable energy, wind power generation has attracted more and more attention and become the inevitable choice for the development of renewable energy in our country. The Lioneng wind power company has been established for less than four years. Because the development of the company is just beginning, it has not formed a set of long-term plan suitable for the development of the company, and lacks certain strategic guidance. The main purpose of this paper is to put forward the strategic objectives and development strategies of Liaoeng Wind Power Company according to the actual situation of Liaoeng Wind Power Company through the study of the development of wind power industry at home and abroad from the strategic point of view. Hope to be able to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the company. First of all, this paper studies the current situation of wind power development at home and abroad, wind power development experience, and introduces the related concepts of wind power generation and strategic management, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development situation of wind power enterprise and the development environment of Lioneng wind power company by using PEST analysis method, and analyzes the opportunities, threats and advantages and disadvantages of the development of the company. Lay the foundation for the following strategic research. Thirdly, using the SWOT analysis model to analyze the current development strategy of the company systematically, find out the problems in the development of Liaoeng wind power company, put forward the strategic objectives and implementation plan of the development of the company. Finally, according to the specific development strategy goal of Lioneng Wind Power Company, the paper puts forward some practical suggestions from the aspects of industrial planning and layout, management and control mode, human resources, financial management, information construction and so on, which is of practical significance to the development of the company.
