【摘要】：本文以我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)為研究主體,以國(guó)際工程承包項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,闡述了國(guó)際工程的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn),并對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行分析。主要的研究方法是專家訪談法,通過(guò)構(gòu)建國(guó)際工程承包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)初始清單,從工程外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和工程內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩個(gè)方面,較全面地列出了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在國(guó)際工程承包中面臨的共性風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并按照重要程度由大到小排序,最終形成有效的承包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)初始清單。
[Abstract]:Taking Chinese construction enterprises as the main body of study and international engineering contracting projects as the research object, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of international engineering, and analyzes the risk factors of international engineering contracting. The main research method is expert interview, through the construction of the initial list of international project contracting risks, from the two aspects of external risk and internal risk. The common risks faced by Chinese construction enterprises in international engineering contracting are listed in a comprehensive way, and an effective initial list of contracting risks is finally formed according to the order of importance from large to small.
