【摘要】：基于國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的文獻(xiàn)資料,本文分析了我國(guó)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇與實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。通過梳理全國(guó)先進(jìn)制造研發(fā)基地建設(shè)的新定位、新常態(tài)與天津市地方政府的新努力后認(rèn)為,全國(guó)先進(jìn)制造研發(fā)基地建設(shè)任務(wù)緊迫而艱巨。之后,建立全國(guó)先進(jìn)制造研發(fā)基地建設(shè)的INPUT-BCC效率評(píng)價(jià)模型,通過計(jì)量模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn)基地建設(shè)處于規(guī)模報(bào)酬遞增階段,加強(qiáng)建設(shè)仍然可以改進(jìn)基地建設(shè)效率。最后,從實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)戰(zhàn)略突破的角度,提出促進(jìn)我國(guó)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature on the development of advanced manufacturing industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the strategic choice and realization path of China's advanced manufacturing industry. Through combing the new orientation of the construction of the national advanced manufacturing R & D base, the new normal and the new efforts of Tianjin local government think that the construction task of the national advanced manufacturing R & D base is urgent and arduous. Then, the INPUT-BCC efficiency evaluation model of the construction of national advanced manufacturing R & D base is established. Through the econometric model analysis, it is found that the construction of the base is in the stage of increasing returns on scale, and strengthening the construction can still improve the efficiency of the construction of the base. Finally, from the angle of realizing the strategic breakthrough of China's advanced manufacturing industry, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of China's advanced manufacturing industry are put forward.
