【摘要】：正近日,中石油國家級頁巖氣示范區(qū)之一——長寧—威遠(yuǎn)國家級頁巖氣示范區(qū)2016年生產(chǎn)頁巖氣15.42×10~8 m~3,較去年同期增產(chǎn)11.98×10~8 m~3,提前完成年度15×10~8 m~3的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。長寧—威遠(yuǎn)國家級頁巖氣產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)位于四川內(nèi)江、宜賓境內(nèi)。2012年3月,國家發(fā)展和改革委員會及國家能源局批準(zhǔn)中石油建設(shè)長寧—威遠(yuǎn)頁巖氣產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范區(qū),探索頁巖氣規(guī)模效益開發(fā)方法,建立頁巖氣勘探開發(fā)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,由中國石油西南油氣田公司組織實(shí)施。2016年1月,西南油氣田公司建成中石油首個(gè)國家級頁巖氣示范區(qū),實(shí)現(xiàn)了規(guī)模效益開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Recently, one of CNPC's national shale gas demonstration zones, Changning Weiyuan National Shale Gas demonstration Zone, produced 15.42 脳 10 ~ (8) mm of shale gas in 2016, an increase of 11.98 脳 10 ~ (8) m ~ (3) compared with the same period last year, and completed the annual production task of 15 脳 10 ~ (8) m ~ (3) ahead of time. Changning-Weiyuan National Shale Gas Industry demonstration Zone is located in Neijiang, Sichuan Province, in Yibin. In March 2012, CNPC and the State Energy Bureau approved PetroChina to build the Changning-Weiyuan Shale Gas industrialization demonstration Zone. Exploring the development method of shale gas scale benefit, establishing the technical standard system of shale gas exploration and development, organized and implemented by China National Petroleum Southwest Oil and Gas Field Corporation. In January 2016, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company established the first national shale gas demonstration area of PetroChina. The scale benefit development is realized.
