【摘要】：為應(yīng)對日益嚴(yán)峻的競爭形勢,大多數(shù)建筑企業(yè)從戰(zhàn)略角度系統(tǒng)分析企業(yè)面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,制訂各項(xiàng)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,以科學(xué)的管理機(jī)制來規(guī)范和管理企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營活動。當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已經(jīng)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),企業(yè)適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)、保持競爭優(yōu)勢,更需要有高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚的戰(zhàn)略思想,特別是財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略思想。因此,前瞻性的制訂與總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相匹配的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略顯得尤為必要。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the increasingly severe competition situation, most construction enterprises systematically analyze the external environment and internal conditions that the enterprises are facing from the strategic point of view, formulate various transformation strategies, and standardize and manage the business activities of the enterprises by scientific management mechanism. At present, the economic development of our country has entered the new normal, the enterprises adapt and lead the new normal, keep the competitive advantage, need to have the foresight strategic thought, especially the financial strategy thought. Therefore, the forward-looking formulation and overall development strategy matching the financial strategy is particularly necessary.
