【摘要】：正為貫徹落實國務院印發(fā)的《鹽業(yè)體制改革方案》有關精神,國家發(fā)展改革委近日發(fā)出通知,決定自2017年1月1日起,全面放開食鹽出廠、批發(fā)和零售價格。國家發(fā)展改革委相關負責人就食鹽價格放開等問題回應了社會關切。據(jù)悉,我國鹽資源十分豐富,鹽行業(yè)多年來產(chǎn)大于銷。2015年我國原鹽產(chǎn)能11345萬噸,消費量為8876萬噸,其中食鹽消費量僅為1000萬噸左右。同時,我國食鹽市場供應主體較多,登
[Abstract]:In order to implement the spirit of the "Salt Industry Reform Plan" issued by the State Council, the State Development and Reform Commission has recently issued a circular deciding to fully liberalize the prices of salt from factories, wholesale and retail outlets from January 1, 2017. National Development and Reform Commission officials on salt price liberalization and other issues in response to social concerns. It is reported that China is rich in salt resources and the salt industry has produced more than the market for many years. In 2015, China's raw salt production capacity was 113.45 million tons and consumption was 88.76 million tons, of which the consumption of table salt was only about 10 million tons. At the same time, there are many main supply bodies in the salt market in China.
