基于線性規(guī)劃模型的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方案決策

【摘要】:在激烈的市場競爭中,Lao Ding Feng(LDF)食品加工企業(yè)面臨科學(xué)制定生產(chǎn)計劃的問題,這就需要從原有的大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)、高庫存量的剛性思維向多因素、多約束條件的柔性思維轉(zhuǎn)變.本文在深入分析LDF食品加工企業(yè)的實際情況后,提煉出影響其生產(chǎn)計劃制定的13個影響因素,并以減小庫存積壓、降低生產(chǎn)成本、確保月度工期的綜合目標(biāo)構(gòu)建了基于線性規(guī)劃的生產(chǎn)計劃決策模型.實際的分析結(jié)果顯示,線性規(guī)劃模型確保了各類產(chǎn)品的合理庫存量、保證了X加工點和Y加工點的月度工期可以完成預(yù)定的生產(chǎn)任務(wù),提升了LDF食品企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃定制的科學(xué)性.
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, Lao Ding Feng (LDF) food processing enterprises are faced with the problem of making production plan scientifically, which needs to change from the original rigid thinking of large-scale production and high inventory to the flexible thinking of multi-factor and multi-constraint conditions. After deeply analyzing the actual situation of LDF food processing enterprises, this paper abstracts 13 influencing factors that affect its production planning, and in order to reduce the backlog of inventory and production costs, The production planning decision model based on linear programming is built to ensure the comprehensive target of monthly time limit. The actual analysis results show that the linear programming model ensures the reasonable inventory of all kinds of products, and ensures that the monthly time limit of the X and Y processing sites can complete the scheduled production tasks. Improved the LDF food enterprise production plan customization scientific.
