【摘要】：文章針對電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)項目計劃制定和控制問題,討論了為求完成計劃的最短工期問題和資源均衡消耗問題。對于這兩類問題,文章基于傳統(tǒng)PERT網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃,給出了主導(dǎo)線路概念和關(guān)鍵度的概念,并結(jié)合實例確定了關(guān)鍵線路的方法,同時對施工總進(jìn)度及進(jìn)行完工概率等問題進(jìn)行分析,并設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的算法過程,提出一種施工資源均衡優(yōu)化的細(xì)菌覓食算法。實例模擬計算表明,利用此算法可求得工期更短、均衡性更優(yōu)化的施工過程。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the problem of the shortest time limit and the balanced consumption of resources in order to obtain the shortest time limit for the completion of the power grid construction project planning and control. For these two kinds of problems, based on the traditional PERT network plan, this paper gives the concepts of the leading circuit and the criticality, and determines the method of the key line with an example. At the same time, the paper analyzes the total construction progress and the completion probability and so on. The corresponding algorithm process is designed, and a bacterial foraging algorithm for balanced optimization of construction resources is proposed. The simulation results show that the construction process with shorter duration and better balance can be obtained by using this algorithm.
