【摘要】：運用綠色增長指數(shù)來衡量中國各省份的經(jīng)濟狀況,將技術(shù)差距納入綠色經(jīng)濟增長的影響因素中,并依據(jù)技術(shù)水平的差異性,分組別研究自主研發(fā)、技術(shù)引進、技術(shù)差距對工業(yè)綠色經(jīng)濟增長的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):不同技術(shù)水平下的經(jīng)濟增長方式不同;高技術(shù)水平區(qū)域,自主研發(fā)是綠色經(jīng)濟增長的主要因素,國內(nèi)技術(shù)引進作用大于國外技術(shù)引進,技術(shù)差距對綠色經(jīng)濟增長起到負向作用;中低技術(shù)水平區(qū)域,技術(shù)引進仍然是推動經(jīng)濟增長的主要因素,國外技術(shù)引進的作用大于國內(nèi)技術(shù)引進,技術(shù)差距促進綠色經(jīng)濟增長,增大吸收能力有利于技術(shù)引進的溢出。
[Abstract]:The green growth index is used to measure the economic situation of every province in China, the technology gap is brought into the influencing factors of green economic growth, and according to the difference of technology level, the independent R & D and technology introduction are grouped. The influence of technology gap on green economic growth of industry. It is found that the economic growth patterns are different at different technological levels, that independent R & D is the main factor of green economic growth in high-tech regions, and that the role of domestic technology introduction is greater than that of foreign technology import. The technology gap plays a negative role in the growth of green economy, the technology introduction is still the main factor to promote the economic growth in the middle and low technological level areas, the role of foreign technology introduction is greater than that of domestic technology import, and the technology gap promotes the green economy growth. Increasing the absorptive capacity is beneficial to the spillover of technology introduction.
