【摘要】:當(dāng)今的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)及市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),使得現(xiàn)今企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)越發(fā)不容易,企業(yè)家也都在找尋更好的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)之道。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展、社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始關(guān)注企業(yè)文化的建設(shè),企業(yè)文化已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素和推動(dòng)力,同時(shí)企業(yè)文化對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用逐漸突顯,它喚起了人們對(duì)企業(yè)深層次軟實(shí)力的關(guān)注與思考。在蘇州,有家名為“固锝”的有限公司,通過(guò)從中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化中找到能夠體現(xiàn)自己核心價(jià)值觀的文化基因,以中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化中的根基文化諸如《弟子規(guī)》、《了凡四訓(xùn)》等來(lái)構(gòu)建企業(yè)自己的文化體系,以此來(lái)經(jīng)營(yíng)幸福企業(yè),提出要把企業(yè)當(dāng)做“家”來(lái)愛(ài)護(hù)和經(jīng)營(yíng),把所有的員工當(dāng)做“家人”。固锝認(rèn)為企業(yè)的價(jià)值,在于員工的幸福和客戶的感動(dòng),這是蘇州固锝經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)的價(jià)值觀,從而也形成了獨(dú)有的幸福企業(yè)八大模塊,在具體推廣、實(shí)施的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)引導(dǎo)企業(yè)員工的行為與企業(yè)的核心理念相一致,從而成為企業(yè)與員工的心理紐帶,形成和諧的勞資關(guān)系,推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化是中國(guó)古圣先賢幾千年經(jīng)驗(yàn)、智慧的結(jié)晶,其核心就是道德教育。在當(dāng)前文化缺失、物欲橫流的大環(huán)境下,有不少人誤認(rèn)為道德是限制人們行為的條條框框。其實(shí),有道德的生活才是真正正常、幸福的生活。本文通過(guò)對(duì)蘇州固锝公司經(jīng)營(yíng)幸福企業(yè)這一實(shí)例進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、訪談及調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等方法,分析、總結(jié)、提煉企業(yè)運(yùn)用中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化獲取成功的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),體現(xiàn)別樣現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理智慧。展示企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)為社會(huì)和諧以及員工的幸福而存在,而不能只是為了創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的單一目標(biāo)而存在。藉此提供傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)向幸福企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的模式參考,希望這樣一個(gè)幸福企業(yè)的版本可以多多復(fù)制。
[Abstract]:Today's economic situation and market competition make the management of enterprises more and more difficult, entrepreneurs are also looking for a better way to manage enterprises. With the development of the times and the progress of the society, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the construction of corporate culture. Corporate culture has become an important factor and driving force for the development of enterprises. At the same time, the role of corporate culture in promoting the development of enterprises has gradually become prominent. It evokes people's concern and thinking about the deep soft power of enterprises. In Suzhou, there is a limited company called "solid technetium", which finds a cultural gene from China's excellent traditional culture that can embody its core values. The basic culture in China's excellent traditional culture, such as "disciple rules", "the four disciplines", etc., is used to build up the enterprise's own cultural system, so as to run a happy enterprise. It is proposed that the enterprise should be treated as a "home" to love and operate. Treat all employees as "family". Solid technetium believes that the value of an enterprise lies in the happiness of its employees and the touch of its customers. This is the value of the enterprise in Suzhou, and thus forms a unique eight modules of a happy enterprise, in the course of concrete promotion and implementation. By guiding the behavior of the employees and the core idea of the enterprise, it becomes the psychological link between the enterprise and the staff, forms the harmonious labor relations, and promotes the development of the enterprise. Chinese traditional culture is the crystallization of thousands of years of experience and wisdom of Chinese ancient saints and sages, the core of which is moral education. In the current environment of lacking culture and material desire, many people think that morality is the rule that restricts people's behavior. In fact, the moral life is the real normal, happy life. In this paper, through the investigation and study of the case of Suzhou Gudang Company's happy enterprise, the paper analyzes, summarizes and refines the valuable experience of the enterprises using traditional Chinese culture to obtain success by using the methods of field investigation, interview and questionnaire, etc. Reflect other modern enterprise management wisdom. Enterprises should exist for the sake of social harmony and the happiness of employees, not just for the purpose of creating economic benefits. In order to provide a model reference for the transformation of traditional enterprises to happy enterprises, I hope the version of such a happy enterprise can be copied.
