【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)初期,發(fā)展強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)成為世界各國(guó)的重要目標(biāo),而發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的決定性因素。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨越來(lái)越大的外部壓力和內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。生產(chǎn)組織方式、資本、技術(shù)做為決定企業(yè)發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要決定因素,生產(chǎn)組織方式是核心,直接決定企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和綜合實(shí)力。因此,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始研究和制定適合自身發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)組織方式。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度指出了生產(chǎn)組織方式是一種動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,分析了生產(chǎn)組織方式是與社會(huì)發(fā)展中不同歷史階段相關(guān)的,是伴隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展而變化,直接體現(xiàn)在社會(huì)技術(shù)變革引發(fā)生產(chǎn)組織方式的變革,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)分析生產(chǎn)組織方式在社會(huì)和企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的演進(jìn)歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式相關(guān)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)組織方式和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)組織特征,引出了我國(guó)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式存在的問(wèn)題。并以此為依據(jù),分析了本文的研究目的:分析W企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)制造方式和管理方式,以滿足市場(chǎng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品多元化和小批量多品種的需求,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,以柔性制造技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),制定適合W企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)組織方式和管理方式,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和持續(xù)盈利能力。本文在借助柔性化生產(chǎn)組織方式的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)W企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)對(duì)W企業(yè)所面臨的內(nèi)外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行剖析,分析出了W企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式所存在的問(wèn)題。從W企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式的構(gòu)成入手,即資源管理方式、技術(shù)研發(fā)小組、加工系統(tǒng)、銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng)四個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)不同部分的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,探究相關(guān)原因,為構(gòu)建適合W企業(yè)自身的生產(chǎn)組織方式做基礎(chǔ)。并針對(duì)所存在的問(wèn)題,基于柔性化制造技術(shù),構(gòu)建了W企業(yè)的柔性化資源管理方式、柔性化技術(shù)研發(fā)小組、柔性化加工系統(tǒng)、柔性化銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化了所構(gòu)建的柔性化生產(chǎn)組織方式,進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。解決了W企業(yè)所面臨的生產(chǎn)管理效率低下、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程組織緩慢和對(duì)市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品需求反應(yīng)遲鈍的問(wèn)題。本文所構(gòu)建的柔性化生產(chǎn)組織方式也適應(yīng)于其它企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In the early 21 century, the strategy of developing a powerful country has become an important goal in the world, and the development of economy is the decisive factor to achieve this goal. With the development of economy and competition, enterprises are facing more and more external pressure and internal competition. The mode of production organization, capital and technology are the important determinants of the development and competitiveness of an enterprise. The mode of production organization is the core, which directly determines the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of an enterprise. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to study and formulate production organization methods suitable for their own development. This paper points out that the mode of production organization is a dynamic economic phenomenon from the economic point of view, analyzes that the mode of production organization is related to different historical stages of social development and changes with the development of society. It is directly reflected in the transformation of production organization mode caused by the social technological change, and further through the analysis of the evolution process of production organization mode in the process of social and enterprise development, the present situation of development, And the competitive advantage theory related to the production organization mode, the market economy organization mode and the production organization characteristic of the modern enterprise, which leads to the problems existing in the production organization mode of our country's enterprises. On the basis of this, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing manufacturing and management methods of W enterprises, in order to meet the needs of the market for product diversification and small batch variety, in the market economy environment. On the basis of flexible manufacturing technology, the production organization and management methods suitable for the development of W enterprises are formulated to improve the competitiveness and sustainable profitability of enterprises. On the basis of flexible production organization, this paper analyzes the product characteristics, production process and characteristics of W enterprise, and analyzes the internal and external competition environment faced by W enterprise. The problems existing in the production organization mode of W enterprises are analyzed. Starting with the composition of the production organization mode of W enterprise, that is, resource management, technical research and development group, processing system and sales system, this paper analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of different parts, and probes into the relevant reasons. It is the foundation of constructing the production organization mode suitable for W enterprise itself. Aiming at the existing problems, based on the flexible manufacturing technology, the flexible resource management mode, the flexible technology R & D team, the flexible processing system, the flexible sales system are constructed. The flexible production organization was optimized and analyzed. It solves the problems of low efficiency of production management, slow organization of production process and slow response to market demand. The flexible production organization mode constructed in this paper is also suitable for other enterprises.
