精細(xì)化質(zhì)量管理在航空遙感載荷研制中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, aviation remote sensing technology plays an increasingly important role in national economy, politics, military, science, society and information construction. The aviation remote sensing industry of our country has carried out total quality management for more than ten years, and has formed a set of relatively complete management mode in the industry. However, due to the long-term habit of planned economy, the concept of quality management is relatively backward. At present, the quality management of aviation remote sensing payload development process mostly stays on the theoretical level or the formality, and there are many drawbacks in the implementation of the quality management system of the aviation remote sensing payload development unit. Under this background, the fine management is the concrete application of the modern scientific idea in the management discipline. Since it was introduced into our country, it has made remarkable achievements in every large enterprise management field. On the premise of deepening TQM, this paper draws lessons from the existing fine management theories and successful cases at home and abroad, and analyzes the key factors of successful application of fine management in the process of implementing the quality system. At the same time, according to the characteristics and management status of the aerial remote sensing payload project, this paper studies how to implement the overall fine management and implement the aviation quality management system from the aspects of personnel, organization structure, system, means and cost. On this basis, combined with the author's practical work experience, the overall fine management of quality management in the development process of A Institute A aerial remote sensing payload project is put into practice, and the implementation situation and results are described and analyzed. The research results show that it is necessary to introduce fine management into the development quality management of aerial remote sensing payload project, and the quality management system should give full play to its function, and the enterprise should base on the idea of fine management. Only by formulating scientific, standardized and feasible systems, strengthening the fine consciousness of the whole staff, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, giving more play to collective wisdom, strengthening quality supervision and control, can the core competitiveness of enterprises be condensed and the economic benefits of enterprises improved. In the fierce market competition rapid development.
