【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,外部環(huán)境日益動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜,對(duì)制造企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的提升和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。特別是隨著第三次工業(yè)革命的不斷推進(jìn),制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)掀起了“再工業(yè)化”浪潮,使中國(guó)制造業(yè)所面臨的環(huán)境形勢(shì)更加嚴(yán)峻。此外,中國(guó)大部分制造企業(yè)處于“微笑曲線”的底端,面臨著“大而不強(qiáng)”的局面,特別是伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)時(shí)期的到來(lái),迫切需要借助先進(jìn)信息技術(shù)和制造模式以增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展。李伯虎把云計(jì)算思想融入制造業(yè),率先提出了“云制造”,為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供了新思路。本文通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論和云制造理論的梳理和回顧,發(fā)現(xiàn)很少有人從動(dòng)態(tài)能力視角探究云制造模式對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。云制造模式是一種新興的先進(jìn)制造模式和發(fā)展理念。國(guó)內(nèi)一些大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)集團(tuán)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始嘗試應(yīng)用云制造模式,并取得顯著績(jī)效。因此,本文從動(dòng)態(tài)能力視角出發(fā)以探究云制造模式對(duì)集團(tuán)企業(yè)績(jī)效的作用機(jī)理。論文首先從理論上分析了云制造模式對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力及績(jī)效的影響,以探究云制造、動(dòng)態(tài)能力和績(jī)效三者的關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建了“云制造—?jiǎng)討B(tài)能力—績(jī)效”CDP模型,即云制造模式能夠提升集團(tuán)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)績(jī)效。沈鼓集團(tuán)和英業(yè)達(dá)集團(tuán)是云制造模式應(yīng)用的先行者,并取得了顯著成效。本文采用案例研究方法,以沈鼓集團(tuán)和英業(yè)達(dá)集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,分別探究其云制造模式的應(yīng)用情況,并從動(dòng)態(tài)能力視角剖析了案例企業(yè)云制造模式對(duì)其績(jī)效的影響,從而驗(yàn)證了CDP模型的可行性。最后,本文根據(jù)案例企業(yè)應(yīng)用云制造模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和CDP模型,提出了云制造模式下集團(tuán)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的提升路徑,希望能夠?yàn)橹圃旒瘓F(tuán)企業(yè)提升自身動(dòng)態(tài)能力以適應(yīng)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜的外部環(huán)境提供借鑒,為制造企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供一定思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and Internet, the external environment is increasingly dynamic and complex, which puts forward higher requirements for the dynamic capability and sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises. Especially with the promotion of the third industrial revolution, the powerful manufacturing industry has set off a wave of "re-industrialization", which makes the environmental situation of China's manufacturing industry more severe. In addition, most of China's manufacturing enterprises are at the bottom of the "smile curve" and face a "big but not strong" situation, especially with the arrival of the new normal period of the economy. It is urgent to use advanced information technology and manufacturing mode to enhance competitive advantage and achieve rapid development. Li Bohu put cloud computing thought into the manufacturing industry and put forward "cloud manufacturing", which provides a new way to realize the rapid development and transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. Through combing and reviewing dynamic capability theory and cloud manufacturing theory, it is found that few people have explored the impact of cloud manufacturing model on enterprise performance from the perspective of dynamic capability. Cloud manufacturing model is a new advanced manufacturing model and development concept. Some large manufacturing enterprises in China have tried to apply cloud manufacturing model and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, from the perspective of dynamic capability, this paper explores the effect mechanism of cloud manufacturing model on corporate performance. In this paper, the influence of cloud manufacturing mode on dynamic capability and performance is analyzed theoretically in order to explore the relationship among cloud manufacturing, dynamic capability and performance, and the CDP model of "cloud manufacturing-dynamic capability-performance" is constructed. That is, cloud manufacturing model can enhance the dynamic ability of group enterprises, and then improve enterprise performance. Shengu Group and Yingye Group are pioneers of cloud manufacturing model application, and have achieved remarkable results. This paper takes Shengu Group and Yingyida Group as the research objects, explores the application of cloud manufacturing model, and analyzes the impact of cloud manufacturing model on its performance from the perspective of dynamic capability. The feasibility of CDP model is verified. Finally, according to the experience of the application of cloud manufacturing model and CDP model, this paper puts forward the way to improve the dynamic capability of group enterprises under cloud manufacturing mode. It is hoped that it can provide reference for manufacturing group enterprises to improve their dynamic ability to adapt to the dynamic and complex external environment, and provide some ideas for manufacturing enterprises to achieve rapid development and transformation and upgrading.
