【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略分析邏輯的研究是針對戰(zhàn)略因果邏輯和主導(dǎo)邏輯理論所存在的缺陷提出的,即使最有影響力的SW0T模型,也只是一個企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部分析要點的清單,而非分析要點的邏輯聯(lián)系。結(jié)合DA企業(yè)集團戰(zhàn)略分析的案例,研究了戰(zhàn)略分析邏輯的核心內(nèi)容一一戰(zhàn)略分析邏輯模式。
[Abstract]:The study of strategic analysis logic is aimed at the defects of strategic causality logic and dominant logic theory. Even the most influential SW0T model is only a list of internal and external analysis points. Rather than the logical connection of the analysis point. Combined with the case of DA enterprise group strategic analysis, this paper studies the core content of strategic analysis logic-strategic analysis logic model.
