【摘要】：由于外部性的存在,導(dǎo)致光伏建筑的發(fā)展受到制約,亟待政府制定相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵政策推動其發(fā)展。文章以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)先論述了光伏建筑的概念,又針對光伏建筑所存在的外部性問題,運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論解釋外部性的概念,并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了光伏建筑具有正的外部性,研究了光伏建筑外部性表現(xiàn)形式,建立了光伏建筑外部性量化模型,并運(yùn)用該模型對光伏建筑進(jìn)行量化分析。研究表明光伏建筑具有很強(qiáng)的正外部性特征,需要實(shí)施一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵政策使外部性內(nèi)部化,明確指出了光伏建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵政策需要達(dá)到的具體支持力度。本文研究成果為制定相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵政策提供了必要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Due to the existence of externality, the development of photovoltaic buildings is restricted, so it is urgent for the government to formulate the corresponding economic incentive policies to promote the development of photovoltaic buildings. In this paper, the concept of photovoltaic building is discussed first, and the externality problem of photovoltaic building is discussed, and the concept of externality is explained by using relevant theories of economics, and on this basis, the positive externality of photovoltaic building is expounded. In this paper, the externality of photovoltaic buildings is studied, and the quantitative model of externality of photovoltaic buildings is established, and the model is used to analyze the externalities of photovoltaic buildings. The study shows that photovoltaic buildings have strong positive externalities and need to implement certain economic incentive policies to internalize externalities and point out the specific support force that photovoltaic building economic incentive policies need to achieve. The research results of this paper provide a necessary basis for the formulation of relevant economic incentive policies.
