【摘要】：正國電吉林江南熱電有限公司(以下簡稱江南公司)一期建設(shè)兩臺330兆瓦供熱式發(fā)電機組和兩臺1100噸/小時亞臨界汽包鍋爐,分別于2010年12月23日、2011年1月6日正式投產(chǎn)發(fā)電。江南公司現(xiàn)有32個基層班組,在崗職工484人,可見,班組長綜合管理能力的高低,直接反映企業(yè)的管理水平,直接影響一線員工的工作積極性以及創(chuàng)新能力,進而影響企業(yè)運營狀況。
[Abstract]:Jilin Jiangnan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangnan Company) has built two 330MW heating generating units and two 1100 t / h subcritical drum boilers in the first phase. The boilers were formally put into operation on December 23, 2010 and January 6, 2011 respectively. Jiangnan Company has 32 basic-level teams and 484 workers on the job. It can be seen that the level of comprehensive management ability of class leaders directly reflects the management level of enterprises and directly affects the work enthusiasm and innovation ability of front-line employees. And then affect the operation of the enterprise.
