【摘要】：用2001-2012年的中國省級面板數(shù)據(jù),研究了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對制造業(yè)就業(yè)的影響.結(jié)果顯示,在控制工資水平、投資水平、人力資本、對外開放程度和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的條件下,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對制造業(yè)就業(yè)有一定的促進(jìn)作用,但是作用效果并不顯著.本文的政策含義在于:鼓勵加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),各地區(qū)要把握好加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的程度,不僅要注重基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的短期效應(yīng),更要加大資本投入和出口、提高人力資本水平和推動技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,這對于制造業(yè)就業(yè)具有積極的意義.
[Abstract]:The impact of infrastructure on manufacturing employment was studied using provincial panel data from 2001 to 2012. The results show that under the conditions of controlling wage level, investment level, human capital, degree of opening to the outside world and the ability of technological innovation, infrastructure can promote the employment of manufacturing industry to some extent, but the effect is not significant. The policy implication of this paper is: to encourage the strengthening of infrastructure construction, all regions should grasp the degree of strengthening infrastructure construction, not only pay attention to the short-term effects of infrastructure construction, but also increase capital investment and export. Improving the level of human capital and promoting technological innovation is of positive significance to the employment of manufacturing industry.
