【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化的今天,業(yè)務(wù)外包已經(jīng)得到越來越多企業(yè)的認可,同時外包管理模式的發(fā)展也越來越成熟。辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包作為服務(wù)外包的一種新趨勢,對企業(yè)的影響也不容小覷。辦公服務(wù)管理外包憑借其能整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外資源、促進企業(yè)核心競爭力的提高、降低企業(yè)的運營成本、分擔(dān)企業(yè)運營風(fēng)險等優(yōu)勢成為企業(yè)在競爭激烈的市場中提高競爭力的一種新的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。迄今為止,學(xué)者們對于外包的研究多集中在外包動因、外包決策、信息技術(shù)外包等方面,而本文聚焦于辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包,探討了外包的新問題與新趨勢,研究更具實踐意義。本文以S公司在2012年將辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理業(yè)務(wù)進行外包為例,根據(jù)服務(wù)外包相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合S公司辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)S公司外包中的問題并進行相應(yīng)的診斷。由于S公司對外包業(yè)務(wù)缺乏戰(zhàn)略性的規(guī)劃和適當(dāng)?shù)墓芾?產(chǎn)生的效益不夠明顯,外包活動還有待完善。最后給出有針對性的優(yōu)化建議,以此來幫助S公司改進在辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包中的管理問題。S公司作為跨國公司,其辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包的成功實踐對其他跨國企業(yè)有著借鑒意義。論文從SWOT分析和核心競爭力理論視角切入,對S公司辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包中整體規(guī)劃不當(dāng)、供應(yīng)商考核體系不完善、外包風(fēng)險防御能力薄弱等問題進行了考察,提出了整體戰(zhàn)略性的規(guī)劃、構(gòu)建外包供應(yīng)商績效考核體系以及加強外包潛在風(fēng)險防范等對策。論文從SWOT分析出發(fā),通過對S公司的個案分析,指出：企業(yè)應(yīng)該找出對自己有利的因素,克服對自己不利的因素,從而揚長避短,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,找出解決辦法,并明確整體規(guī)劃方向。依據(jù)核心競爭力理論,企業(yè)應(yīng)將其有限的資源用于培養(yǎng)和保護其核心競爭力,而將某些對核心競爭力培養(yǎng)貢獻不大的業(yè)務(wù),通過合同外包出去。因此,通過對S公司辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包的研究和分析,論文指出：優(yōu)化辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包是實現(xiàn)節(jié)約成本、提高服務(wù)品質(zhì)、提升公司核心競爭力的重要手段。辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包作為企業(yè)服務(wù)外包的一個重要組成部分,對企業(yè)的發(fā)展與成功,同樣有著舉足輕重的地位,對其研究也是一個全新課題。論文因資料和實例等方面的局限,可能還存在許多不足,但借助SWOT分析法和核心競爭力理論對S公司的個案研究,將為需要進行辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包的企業(yè)提供實踐參考,為提高企業(yè)辦公服務(wù)設(shè)施管理外包的成功率做出微薄的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of global economy, outsourcing has been recognized by more and more enterprises, and the development of outsourcing management mode has become more and more mature. As a new trend of service outsourcing, the influence of office service facility management outsourcing on enterprises should not be underestimated. Office service management outsourcing can integrate the internal and external resources of the enterprise, promote the improvement of the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and reduce the operating cost of the enterprise. Sharing the advantages of enterprise operation risk becomes a new management strategy for enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the competitive market. So far, scholars have focused on outsourcing motivation, outsourcing decision making, information technology outsourcing, etc. This paper focuses on the outsourcing of office services facilities management, and discusses the new problems and trends of outsourcing. The research has more practical significance. This paper takes S Company as an example to outsource office service facility management business in 2012. According to the related theory of service outsourcing, combined with the current situation of office service facility management outsourcing in S company, the problems in S company outsourcing are found and diagnosed accordingly. Due to S company's lack of strategic planning and proper management of outsourcing business, the benefits are not obvious enough, and outsourcing activities need to be improved. Finally, some suggestions are given to help S Company to improve the management problem in office service facility management outsourcing. The successful practice of office service facility management outsourcing has reference significance for other multinational enterprises. From the perspective of SWOT analysis and core competitiveness theory, this paper investigates the problems of improper overall planning, imperfect supplier assessment system, weak risk defense ability and so on in office service facility management outsourcing of S Company. The overall strategic planning, the construction of outsourcing supplier performance evaluation system and the strengthening of outsourcing potential risk prevention and other countermeasures are put forward. Based on the SWOT analysis, the paper points out that the enterprise should find out the favorable factors and overcome the unfavorable factors, so as to find out the existing problems, and find out the solutions. And clear overall planning direction. According to the core competence theory, enterprises should use their limited resources to cultivate and protect their core competitiveness. Therefore, through the research and analysis of office service facility management outsourcing in S Company, the paper points out that optimizing office service facility management outsourcing is an important means to realize cost saving, improve service quality and enhance the core competitiveness of the company. As an important part of enterprise service outsourcing, office service facility management outsourcing also plays an important role in the development and success of enterprises. Due to the limitations of data and examples, there may still be many shortcomings in this paper. However, with the help of SWOT analysis and core competitiveness theory, the case study of S Company will provide a practical reference for the enterprises that need the outsourcing of office service facilities management. To improve the success rate of office service facilities management outsourcing to make a modest contribution.
