青柴(QC)公司質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:青柴(QC)公司作為一個(gè)船用柴油機(jī)行業(yè)的新企業(yè),在企業(yè)的工廠基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和硬件設(shè)備設(shè)施上均處于行業(yè)內(nèi)的領(lǐng)先水平,人員配備、知識水平均高于目前國有的三大老國有船用柴油機(jī)廠。但是由于企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,公司質(zhì)量體系執(zhí)行目標(biāo)不夠明確,現(xiàn)場管理過于松散,企業(yè)員工行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)比較缺乏,公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量受到較大的影響。再加上近幾年來世界造船市場的持續(xù)低迷,國際海事組織(IMO)的規(guī)范越來越嚴(yán)格,船東和船廠的要求越來越高等等眾多因素,企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的競爭力在逐漸的減退。因此加強(qiáng)和提高公司質(zhì)量管理便成為公司目前進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。符合市場發(fā)展和公司現(xiàn)有情況的質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略的制定規(guī)劃和實(shí)施變得尤為迫切,也成為青柴公司在市場競爭中生死存亡的關(guān)鍵。青柴公司所面臨的諸多問題也是目前當(dāng)前國內(nèi)各種類型的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的通病。各類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)是我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的首要力量,是國家國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。雖然隨著世界和我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,部分生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)在質(zhì)量、技術(shù)、服務(wù)等方面已經(jīng)追上或者達(dá)到了世界的先進(jìn)水平,但是大部分的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)還僅僅停留在制造業(yè)的較低水平,技術(shù)質(zhì)量水平不高,在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的大市場里競爭力不強(qiáng),僅僅依靠低價(jià)格取得部分低端客戶的市場。而質(zhì)量管理意識的停滯不前和質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略的無法實(shí)施,嚴(yán)重的制約了這些的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的發(fā)展,正是形成的這種惡果的根源。如果要改變這種狀況,使國內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)提高競爭力,在國際市場具有一席之地,質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施成為這些企業(yè)的成功轉(zhuǎn)型的重中之重。本文通過案例分析法,通過對具體的汽車行業(yè)的“TS16949體系”的由來、規(guī)劃和實(shí)施的詳細(xì)分析,確立質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略制定和實(shí)施對青柴公司的重要性;通過對“豐田全面質(zhì)量管理體系”的發(fā)展研究,確立明確清晰的質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)對于青柴公司的質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要性。并通過PEST分析方法分析了青柴公司的宏觀環(huán)境分析,通過SWOT分析法對青柴公司所面臨的優(yōu)勢和劣勢進(jìn)行了分析,找出威脅和機(jī)遇。并運(yùn)用分析和綜合、歸納和演繹以及概括和抽象等各種方法,認(rèn)識到公司的問題的本質(zhì)所在,揭示質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略的必要性。結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展歷程和趨勢,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略的分析工具。對公司現(xiàn)有的問題進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。論文經(jīng)過研究認(rèn)為:將質(zhì)量管理上升到戰(zhàn)略的高度,通過結(jié)合公司具體外部市場的競爭環(huán)境,企業(yè)的基本狀況,產(chǎn)品的特性,資源配置,自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,利用戰(zhàn)略的眼光去制定、管理、實(shí)施和發(fā)展自己企業(yè)的質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略等思路。才能使企業(yè)提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì),增加公司在國內(nèi)外市場的競爭力,才能持續(xù)的推動公司健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new enterprise in the marine diesel engine industry, QC is in the leading level in the factory infrastructure and hardware facilities. The level of knowledge is higher than the current state-owned three old state-owned marine diesel engine factory. However, due to the lack of experience in the enterprise quality management industry, the implementation goal of the quality system is not clear enough, the field management is too loose, the industry experience of the enterprise staff is relatively lacking, and the quality of the company's products is greatly affected. In addition, in recent years, the world shipbuilding market continued to be depressed, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) more and more strict standards, shipowners and shipyards, and other factors, the competitiveness of enterprise products is gradually declining. Therefore, to strengthen and improve the quality management has become the bottleneck of the further development of the company. The formulation and implementation of quality strategy in line with the market development and the current situation of the company has become particularly urgent and has become the key to the survival of Qingchai Company in the market competition. Many problems faced by Qingchai Company are also the common problems of various types of production enterprises in China at present. All kinds of productive enterprises are the primary force of our country's social and economic development and the foundation of the national economic development. Although with the rapid development of the world and China's economy, some production-oriented enterprises have caught up with or reached the world's advanced level in terms of quality, technology, service, etc. But most of the manufacturing enterprises only stay in the lower level of manufacturing technology quality level is not high in the world economy in the market competitiveness is not strong only rely on low prices to obtain part of the low-end customer market. The stagnation of quality management consciousness and the failure of quality strategy seriously restrict the development of these productive enterprises, which is the root of the formation of this evil effect. If we want to change this situation and make domestic production enterprises to improve their competitiveness and have a place in the international market, the formulation and implementation of quality strategy has become the most important part of the successful transformation of these enterprises. This article through the case analysis, through to the specific automobile profession "TS16949 system" origin, the plan and the implementation detailed analysis, establishes the quality strategy formulation and the implementation to the green firewood company's importance; Through the research on the development of "Toyota Total quality Management system", the importance of clear quality strategic objectives to the quality strategic objectives of Qingchai Company is established. The macro environment of Qingchai Company is analyzed by pest analysis method, and the strengths and weaknesses of Qingchai Company are analyzed by SWOT analysis, and the threats and opportunities are found out. By means of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization and abstraction, the author realizes the essence of the company's problems and reveals the necessity of the quality strategy. Combined with the development of quality management and trends, the use of strategic analysis tools. Analyze and summarize the existing problems of the company. Through the research, the thesis thinks: to raise the quality management to the strategic height, through the combination of the company's specific external market competition environment, the enterprise's basic condition, the product characteristic, the resources disposition, the own superiority and the inferiority, Use strategic vision to formulate, manage, implement and develop their own corporate quality strategy and other ideas. In order to improve the quality of enterprise products, increase the competitiveness of the company in the domestic and foreign markets, can continue to promote the healthy development of the company.
