【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈。企業(yè)要想在復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中贏得競爭優(yōu)勢,必須加強(qiáng)管理,采購管理是企業(yè)管理中重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一,其運(yùn)行的有效性直接關(guān)乎企業(yè)的良好穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。同國外成熟的采購管理研究相比,國內(nèi)對(duì)這方面的研究起步較晚,采購技術(shù)也相對(duì)較落后。因此,對(duì)我國企業(yè)來說,如何將相關(guān)理論與其具體的采購流程活動(dòng)結(jié)合起來成了企業(yè)采購供應(yīng)管理者亟待解決的難題。本文介紹了有關(guān)采購管理的相關(guān)理論和方法,并以南京L精密化工公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其采購管理問題進(jìn)行了研究。首先對(duì)南京L精密化工公司進(jìn)行了簡單的介紹,然后簡述了相關(guān)的采購流程現(xiàn)狀、采購管理的信息化現(xiàn)狀和供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文指出了公司目前的采購管理現(xiàn)存的問題并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了分析。最后,就分析的問題提出了南京L精密化工采購的控制措施,并逐一進(jìn)行分析,具體包括優(yōu)化組織機(jī)構(gòu)及采購隊(duì)伍的配置、在采購流程中應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)和整合企業(yè)的資源計(jì)劃三個(gè)方面。希望通過對(duì)南京L精密化工公司采購管理的研究,能不斷加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)南京L精密化工公司采購管理能力,以助于南京L精密化工公司在以后的市場競爭中能夠取得優(yōu)勢和更好的發(fā)展。并通過對(duì)南京L精密化工公司采購管理的研究,以期對(duì)該公司乃至整個(gè)國內(nèi)企業(yè)的采購管理提供借鑒和指導(dǎo),并希望在以后的發(fā)展中能夠發(fā)掘出更科學(xué)的采購管理和先進(jìn)的采購技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to win the competitive advantage in the complex and changeable economic environment, enterprises must strengthen the management. Procurement management is one of the important links in the enterprise management, and the effectiveness of its operation is directly related to the good and stable development of the enterprise. Compared with the foreign mature research on procurement management, the domestic research on this aspect started relatively late, and the procurement technology is relatively backward. Therefore, for Chinese enterprises, how to combine the relevant theories with their specific procurement process activities has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently by enterprise procurement supply managers. This paper introduces the relevant theories and methods of purchasing management, and takes Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company as the research object. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company, then briefly introduces the current situation of purchasing process, the information status of purchasing management and the current situation of supplier management. On this basis, this paper points out the existing problems of purchasing management and analyzes them. Finally, the paper puts forward the control measures of Nanjing L precision chemical procurement, and analyzes them one by one, including the optimization of the organization and the configuration of the purchasing team. Application of lean production and integration of enterprise resource planning in the procurement process. It is hoped that through the research on purchasing management of Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company, the purchasing management ability of Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company can be continuously strengthened and improved. In order to help Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company in the future market competition can obtain advantages and better development. And through the study of purchasing management of Nanjing L Precision Chemical Company, this paper hopes to provide reference and guidance for the procurement management of the company and even the whole domestic enterprises. And hope to explore more scientific procurement management and advanced procurement technology in the future development.
