【摘要】:美國(guó)《時(shí)代》雜志曾將老撾啤酒評(píng)選為亞洲最好的啤酒,《曼谷郵報(bào)》也將老撾啤酒評(píng)為東南亞遺忘的寶石。作為全世界十大名啤酒之一,老撾2010年正式進(jìn)入了中國(guó),選廠址在廣西南寧市。如今已過兩年了,老撾啤酒在中國(guó)發(fā)展形勢(shì)如何,一度受到東南亞愛好者趨之若鶩的老撾啤酒是否在中國(guó)也令中國(guó)啤酒愛好者瘋狂呢。本論文將從老撾啤酒行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),通過對(duì)老撾啤酒行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀在中國(guó)政策下的體現(xiàn)來分析找出老撾啤酒行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的問題,并提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決方案。本論文通過對(duì)SWOT分析模型來對(duì)老撾啤酒進(jìn)行一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析,SWOT分析法也稱為TOWS分析法、道斯矩陣、態(tài)勢(shì)分析法,是在二十世紀(jì)八十年代美國(guó)舊金山大學(xué)的管理學(xué)教授韋里克提出,常用于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析等場(chǎng)合,其模式通過分析企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)(Strengths)、劣勢(shì)(Weaknesses)、機(jī)會(huì)(Opportunities)、和威脅(Threats)。因此SWOT分析實(shí)際上是將企業(yè)的內(nèi)在條件,外部影響等多方面的狀況綜合和概括起來分析的,能夠更加讓企業(yè)了解自身內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部影響因素,從而將企業(yè)資源有效的運(yùn)用到企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和強(qiáng)項(xiàng)上面,公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略也越發(fā)變得明朗。
[Abstract]:Time magazine named Laotian beer the best beer in Asia, and the Bangkok Post named Laotian Beer as the forgotten jewel of Southeast Asia. As one of the top ten beers in the world, Laos entered China in 2010. Now, two years on, how is Laos developing in China, and whether Laos, once flocked by Southeast Asian enthusiasts, is also driving Chinese beer enthusiasts crazy? From the point of view of the current marketing situation of Lao beer industry, this paper analyzes and finds out the problems of Lao beer industry marketing through the embodiment of Lao beer industry marketing situation under Chinese policy, and puts forward corresponding solutions. In this paper, the SWOT analysis model is used to analyze Laotian beer systematically. The SWOT analysis method is also called tows analysis method, Daos matrix analysis method, situation analysis method. Werrick, a professor of management at the University of San Francisco in the 1980s, put forward that it is often used in the situation of enterprise strategy making and competitor analysis. Its mode is to analyze enterprise strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Therefore, SWOT analysis is in fact a comprehensive analysis of the internal conditions and external influences of enterprises, which can help enterprises understand their internal environment and external influence factors. As a result, the company's operational strategy becomes more and more clear when the enterprise resources are effectively applied to the enterprise's strengths and strengths.
