【摘要】:能源是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和保障。近年來(lái),由于經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)已成為世界第一能源消費(fèi)大國(guó)。過(guò)度的能源消耗和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題已成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸。如何合理高效地利用能源資源,提高能源的可持續(xù)自給能力,減輕工業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)能源的依賴(lài)水平,是當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)建設(shè)過(guò)程中面對(duì)的重要課題。電力行業(yè)作為能源消耗大戶(hù),已經(jīng)被推向節(jié)能減排的風(fēng)口浪尖,背負(fù)著前所未有的社會(huì)責(zé)任。能效是一種具有成本效益的資源,將能效納入電力規(guī)劃具有重要的意義。電網(wǎng)公司在向終端用戶(hù)推廣能效方面具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文從商業(yè)模式的獨(dú)特視角對(duì)電網(wǎng)公司如何參與能效市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了深入研究。首先,明確了商業(yè)模式的定義和構(gòu)成要素,建立了應(yīng)用于本文分析的商業(yè)模式鉆石模型,其構(gòu)成要素共六部分,包括兩個(gè)外生環(huán)境變量(外部市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、戰(zhàn)略定位)和四個(gè)相互作用的內(nèi)生變量(業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、關(guān)鍵資源能力、盈利模式及現(xiàn)金流結(jié)構(gòu))。其次,設(shè)計(jì)了三種適宜電網(wǎng)公司參與能效市場(chǎng)的商業(yè)模式,即主導(dǎo)模式、中介模式及擔(dān)保模式,并對(duì)三種商業(yè)模式的特點(diǎn)及電網(wǎng)公司在其中的角色定位進(jìn)行了描述分析。再次,基于商業(yè)模式鉆石模型建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明主導(dǎo)模式是電網(wǎng)公司參與能效市場(chǎng)的最佳商業(yè)模式,但主導(dǎo)模式的實(shí)施在現(xiàn)階段仍存在一些政策障礙。綜合以上理論研究與分析結(jié)果,本文針對(duì)性的提出了促進(jìn)電網(wǎng)公司參與能效市場(chǎng)的政策優(yōu)化建議,從而為我國(guó)節(jié)能減排的發(fā)展提供綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Energy is the material foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of economy and society. In recent years, due to the sustained and rapid economic development, China has become the world's largest energy consumption country. Excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution have become the bottleneck of economic development in China. How to make rational and efficient use of energy resources, improve the sustainable self-sufficiency of energy and reduce the level of dependence of industrial production on energy is an important subject in the process of economic development and social construction in China. As a large consumer of energy, the electric power industry has been pushed to the forefront of energy conservation and emission reduction, bearing unprecedented social responsibility. Energy efficiency is a cost-effective resource, and it is of great significance to integrate energy efficiency into power planning. Grid companies have a unique advantage in promoting energy efficiency to end users. This paper studies how grid companies participate in energy efficiency market from the perspective of business model. First of all, the definition and elements of business model are defined, and the diamond model of business model is established, which consists of six parts, including two exogenous environmental variables (external market environment). Strategic positioning) and four interacting endogenous variables (business systems, critical resource capabilities, profit models and cash flow structures). Secondly, three kinds of business models suitable for grid companies to participate in energy efficiency market are designed, that is, dominant mode, intermediary model and guarantee mode, and the characteristics of the three business models and the roles of grid companies in them are described and analyzed. Thirdly, the evaluation index system is established based on the business model diamond model. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze it. The evaluation results show that the dominant mode is the best business model for grid companies to participate in the energy efficiency market, but there are still some policy obstacles in the implementation of the dominant model. Synthesizing the above theoretical research and analysis results, this paper puts forward the policy optimization suggestions to promote grid companies to participate in the energy efficiency market, so as to provide a modest force for the development of energy conservation and emission reduction in China.
