【摘要】：正中國冶金科工集團(tuán)有限公司(以下簡稱"中冶集團(tuán)")是國務(wù)院國資委監(jiān)管的特大型企業(yè)集團(tuán),是新中國最早一支鋼鐵工業(yè)建設(shè)力量,承擔(dān)了國內(nèi)幾乎所有大中型鋼鐵企業(yè)主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃、勘察、設(shè)計和建設(shè)工程,是構(gòu)筑新中國"鋼筋鐵骨"的奠基者。受全球經(jīng)濟(jì)減速、鋼鐵行業(yè)深度調(diào)整,以及處理前幾年盲目兼并重組企業(yè)等諸多因素影響,中冶集團(tuán)跌入包袱沉重、管理下滑的低谷。2011-2013年連續(xù)三年被國務(wù)
[Abstract]:China Metallurgical Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "China Metallurgical Group") is an exceptionally large enterprise group supervised by the State Administration and Administration Commission of the State Council, and is the first iron and steel industry construction force in New China. It is the founder of the construction of "reinforced iron bone" in New China, which has undertaken the planning, investigation, design and construction of the main production facilities of almost all large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises in China. Affected by the global economic slowdown, the deep adjustment of the steel industry, and the handling of blind mergers and reorganization of enterprises in the previous few years, China Metallurgical Group fell into a heavy burden.
