【摘要】：本文首先闡述了ERP概念及其理論發(fā)展過程。ERP從理論的提出到實踐應(yīng)用,再到ERP應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)商業(yè)套件的定制與開發(fā),每一步走來都充滿爭議。然而,實踐表明ERP理論與實踐應(yīng)用雖然存在一定差異,但存在的其意義和起到的作用不可小覷。其次,結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會經(jīng)濟背景,論述了在全球經(jīng)濟低迷和衰退的大環(huán)境下,各國政府推出了一些經(jīng)濟刺激政策或?qū)で笮碌慕?jīng)濟增長方式。隨著工業(yè)4.0、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”、大數(shù)據(jù)、020電商模式等新概念的提出和新挑戰(zhàn)的出現(xiàn),作為企業(yè)自身,在信息化快速發(fā)展的新形勢下,必需有所改變和革新才能提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。通過上述對ERP理論和實踐相關(guān)文獻的歸納與總結(jié)及社會經(jīng)濟背景分析后,本文詳盡描述了JMH汽車公司ERP應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,深刻分析了該公司目前ERP系統(tǒng)存在的問題和弊端。最后,針對當(dāng)前ERP系統(tǒng)存在的問題和弊端提出相應(yīng)的解決措施、優(yōu)化方案及其保障措施,這也是本文的重點論述內(nèi)容。從而,通過ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用優(yōu)化,為進一步提高JMH汽車公司信息化應(yīng)用水平和企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的提升奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper first describes the concept of ERP and its theoretical development process. ERP from the theory put forward to practical application, and then to the customization and development of ERP application system, every step is full of controversy. However, practice shows that there are some differences between ERP theory and practical application, but its significance and function can not be underestimated. Secondly, combined with the current social and economic background, the paper discusses that in the global economic downturn and recession environment, the governments of various countries have introduced some economic stimulus policies or sought new ways of economic growth. With the emergence of new concepts and challenges, such as industry 4.0, "Internet" and big data / 020 e-commerce model, as enterprises themselves, under the new situation of rapid development of information technology, Must change and innovate to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. After summarizing and summarizing the related documents of ERP theory and practice and analyzing the social and economic background, this paper describes in detail the present situation of ERP application in JMH Automobile Company, and analyzes the problems and drawbacks of ERP system in JMH Automobile Company. Finally, aiming at the problems and disadvantages of the current ERP system, this paper puts forward the corresponding solution, optimization scheme and its safeguard measures, which is also the emphases of this paper. Therefore, through the application optimization of ERP system, it lays a foundation for further improving the level of information application of JMH Automobile Company and the promotion of economic benefits of enterprises.
