【摘要】：2010年1月1日中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)(以下簡稱CAFTA)正式成立。5年來,隨著雙邊紡織品服裝貿(mào)易"零關(guān)稅"的全面實(shí)施,及全球服裝加工業(yè)向東南亞國家的轉(zhuǎn)移,東盟國家服裝出口能力不斷增強(qiáng),加大了從中國進(jìn)口紡織品的數(shù)量。本文基于2010—2014年中國對東盟紡織品出口數(shù)據(jù),分析CAFTA建成5年來,對我國紡織品出口的促進(jìn)作用。2015年11月,中國與東盟十國簽署了CAFTA升級版成果文件《中國-東盟全面經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議》,將對未來我國紡織品出口帶來新的機(jī)遇,有利于國內(nèi)紡織企業(yè)在更寬領(lǐng)域、更高層次全方位地與東盟國家進(jìn)行合作。
[Abstract]:The China-ASEAN Free Trade area (CAFTAA) was formally established on January 1, 2010. In the past five years, with the full implementation of "zero tariff" in the bilateral textile and clothing trade, and the transfer of the global garment processing industry to Southeast Asian countries, ASEAN countries continue to increase their capacity to export clothing, increasing the number of textiles imported from China. Based on the data of China's textile exports to ASEAN from 2010-2014, this paper analyzes the role of CAFTA in promoting China's textile exports in the past five years since the establishment of CAFTA. The signing of the CAFTA upgrade outcome document, the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between China and ASEAN, between China and the 10 ASEAN countries will bring new opportunities to China's textile exports in the future and will be beneficial to domestic textile enterprises in a wider range of fields. To cooperate with ASEAN countries at a higher level and in all directions.
