基于ERP和ECP集成的電力物資管理流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)企業(yè)所推行的ERP(企業(yè)資源計劃)和ECP(電子商務平臺)實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務信息化作業(yè),但是遠遠滿足不了當前對于物資集約化精益管理的要求,ERP和ECP的集成是一個大的發(fā)展趨勢.在此環(huán)境下,如何優(yōu)化電力物資管理流程,提升物資管理水平是一個新的課題。本文對基于ERP和ECP集成的電力物資管理流程優(yōu)化進行了研究。首先闡述了ERP、ECP、流程優(yōu)化等相關(guān)理論,論述了ERP和ECP的關(guān)系;其次,分析了電力物資管理現(xiàn)狀,對電力企業(yè)物資管理流程進行細化診斷,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題;再次,制定了基于ERP和ECP集成的電力物資管理流程優(yōu)化的目標,從集成的需求分析、集成的基礎(chǔ)、集成的層次、集成的內(nèi)容四方面對ERP和ECP的集成方案進行了深入探討,并運用Petri網(wǎng)理論對現(xiàn)有流程進行了優(yōu)化,構(gòu)建了基于ERP和ECP集成的電力物資管理流程優(yōu)化模型;最后,利用AHP法的原理,建立基于ERP和ECP集成的電力物資管理流程優(yōu)化效果的評價指標體系,包括3個二級指標和9個三級指標,建立較低一層的元素相對于其隸屬的上一層某一個元素的斷矩陣,并計算出較低元素關(guān)于上一層某一個元素的重要權(quán)值,在此基礎(chǔ)上運用模糊數(shù)學方法對管理流程優(yōu)化效果進行評價,評價結(jié)果為很好。本文的研究成果將使電力企業(yè)物資管理更加規(guī)范,資源配置更加優(yōu)化,為降低成本,提升物資管理水平提供決策依據(jù),具有重要的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and ECP( Electronic Commerce platform) implemented by the power grid enterprises have realized the business information operation, but it is a big developing trend that the integration of ERP and ECP can not meet the requirement of the intensive lean management of materials at present. In this environment, how to optimize the power material management process and improve the material management level is a new topic. In this paper, the optimization of power material management flow based on ERP and ECP integration is studied. First of all, this paper expounds the related theories such as ERPU ECPand process optimization, and discusses the relationship between ERP and ECP. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of electric power material management, makes detailed diagnosis on the material management process of electric power enterprises, and finds out the existing problems. The goal of power material management process optimization based on the integration of ERP and ECP is established. The integration scheme of ERP and ECP is deeply discussed from four aspects: integrated demand analysis, integration foundation, integration level and integration content. The optimization model of electric power materials management flow based on ERP and ECP integration is constructed by using Petri net theory. Finally, the principle of AHP method is used. Based on the integration of ERP and ECP, the evaluation index system of the optimization effect of electric power material management process is established, which includes three second-level indexes and nine third-level indexes, and the breaking matrix of the lower layer elements relative to the one element of the upper layer to which they belong is established. The important weight of the lower element about a certain element in the upper layer is calculated. On this basis, fuzzy mathematics method is used to evaluate the effect of management process optimization, and the evaluation result is very good. The research results of this paper will make the material management of electric power enterprises more standardized and the allocation of resources more optimized. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to provide the decision basis for reducing costs and improving the level of material management.
