【摘要】：正2015年5月,國務(wù)院正式印發(fā)《中國制造2025》。這一重大戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃被稱之為"中國工業(yè)4.0"。未來30年,中國能不能實現(xiàn)強國夢想,很大程度上要看這個戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的落實情況。現(xiàn)在各方面都在緊鑼密鼓地抓緊總規(guī)劃的細化和任務(wù)落實的工作,一些專項方案或規(guī)劃陸續(xù)出臺。筆者認為,在推進落實中,要尤其重視"人"的問題。建設(shè)制造強國,關(guān)鍵在人才。實踐證明,強大的人才隊伍是建設(shè)
[Abstract]:In May 2015, the State Council officially issued made in China 2025. This major strategic plan is called "China Industry 4.0". Whether China can realize its dream of becoming a power in the next 30 years depends largely on the implementation of this strategic plan. At present, all parties are working intensively on the refinement of the master plan and the implementation of tasks, and some special plans or plans have been issued one after another. The author believes that, in promoting implementation, we should pay special attention to the issue of "people". The key to building a powerful manufacturing power lies in talent. Practice has proved that a strong contingent of talents is to be built.
