【摘要】：隨著中小企業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,對中小企業(yè)能夠更好地發(fā)展、持續(xù)發(fā)展地期望就越來高。合理的企業(yè)選址對企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。特別是配送型中小企業(yè)的選址決定著企業(yè)能否長足的發(fā)展。選址是一項(xiàng)長期的決策,是公司管理戰(zhàn)略層中需要重要研究的問題。公司選址選的好,對公司的發(fā)展是有益的。企業(yè)的選址決策會決定公司運(yùn)營成本的高低,因而對于企業(yè)選址要給予足夠的重視,要根據(jù)公司的具體情況進(jìn)行具體分析,運(yùn)用適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒▽W(xué)來進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。本文以天津的一家醫(yī)療耗材公司(配送型中小企業(yè))：高鴻科技有限公司原址選擇錯誤導(dǎo)致公司運(yùn)營成本居高不下,需要重新選址。本文以此為例,介紹公司在原址時存在各種高運(yùn)營成本的問題,并詳細(xì)分析了這些問題,闡述了選址問題的提出,根據(jù)選址時要考慮的不同側(cè)重點(diǎn),考慮不同的因素,對選址相關(guān)因素的分析,公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)的收集和整理,初選四個備選地,并對備選地詳細(xì)分析,利用多種方法學(xué)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,進(jìn)行新址選擇方案設(shè)計(jì),選址結(jié)果的評價,選址結(jié)果的實(shí)施等。通過對各個設(shè)計(jì)方案的分析比較,得出了適用于高鴻科技有限公司的新址選擇方案,各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營成本均有明顯下降。對其他同類型的配送型中小企業(yè)選址具有一定的參考價值。本論文的內(nèi)容分為三個部分：第一部分為緒論及選址的背景、國內(nèi)外對選址問題研究的現(xiàn)狀和選址的相關(guān)方法學(xué)；第二部分為高鴻科技有限公司重新選址的研究部分,包括了選址問題的提出,選址相關(guān)因素的分析,數(shù)據(jù)的收集與處理,利用方法學(xué)分析、求解,對方案設(shè)計(jì)的評價,對選定方案的實(shí)施；第三部分著重介紹論文的結(jié)論、展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of SMEs, the expectation of sustainable development is higher. Reasonable location of enterprises plays a vital role in the development of enterprises. Especially, the location of distribution-oriented medium-sized enterprises determines whether the enterprises can develop rapidly. Location selection is a long-term decision. Good selection of company location is beneficial to the development of the company. The decision of the location of the enterprise will determine the operating cost of the company, so we should pay enough attention to the location of the enterprise, analyze it according to the specific situation of the company, and use the appropriate methodology to carry out the calculation and analysis. In this paper, a medical consumables company in Tianjin (Distribution small and Medium-sized Enterprises: Gao Hong Technology Co., Ltd.) the original site selection error resulting in high operating costs, need to be re-located. Taking this as an example, this paper introduces the problems of high operating cost in the original site of the company, and analyzes these problems in detail, and expounds the proposal of the location problem. According to the different emphases to be considered in the site selection, different factors are considered. This paper analyzes the related factors of site selection, the collection and arrangement of internal data of the company, the four primary sites, and analyzes the alternatives in detail, calculates and analyzes them by using various methodologies, designs the new site selection schemes, and evaluates the site selection results. Implementation of site selection results. Through the analysis and comparison of each design scheme, the new site selection scheme suitable for Gao Hong Science and Technology Co., Ltd is obtained, and the operating cost is obviously reduced. It has some reference value for other distribution-oriented medium-sized and small-sized enterprises. The content of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the background of the introduction and location, the domestic and foreign research on the location of the current situation and the location of the relevant methodologies; the second part of the Gao Hong Technology Co., Ltd. Including the location of the proposed problem, location related factors analysis, data collection and processing, using methodological analysis, solution, evaluation of the scheme design, the implementation of the selected scheme; the third part focuses on the conclusions of the paper, prospects.
