【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)與電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)手工定制業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。傳統(tǒng)手工定制業(yè)如何在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代不被淘汰,并借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)化為傳統(tǒng)手工定制業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供新的方向和選擇,成為當(dāng)前關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。HB服裝公司是一家主營(yíng)傳統(tǒng)手工服裝定制業(yè)務(wù)的小微型公司,目前有兩塊業(yè)務(wù)在開(kāi)展,一是傳統(tǒng)的男裝洋服定制,另一是演繹服裝定制,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的大背景下,公司面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),為了進(jìn)一步拓展業(yè)務(wù)渠道,實(shí)施了定制業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的策略和實(shí)踐,但成效并不顯著。就此問(wèn)題,本文首先在緒論部分對(duì)研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方法及內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行闡述,然后對(duì)服裝定制業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,為本文的研究奠定一定的理論基礎(chǔ),然后具體對(duì)HB服裝公司定制業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展環(huán)境、現(xiàn)有策略進(jìn)行分析,最后提出改進(jìn)措施和建議,希望能幫助HB服裝公司的定制業(yè)務(wù)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化時(shí)代中的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得到提升。
[Abstract]:With the development of network and e-commerce, the development of traditional handwork customization industry is facing severe challenges. How can the traditional manual customization industry not be eliminated in the network age, and with the help of the network, it provides a new direction and choice for the development of the traditional manual customization business? HB clothing Company is a small and micro company that specializes in traditional handmade clothing customization business. At present, there are two businesses in development, one is traditional men's clothing customization, the other is deductive clothing customization. Under the background of network, the company is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to further expand the business channels, the strategy and practice of customized business networking are implemented, but the results are not significant. In the introduction part of this paper, the research background, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and contents are expounded, and then the related theories of garment customization network are expounded. It lays a certain theoretical foundation for the research of this paper, and then analyzes the present situation and development environment of HB garment company's customization business network development, the existing strategy, and finally puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions. Hope to help HB clothing company customization business in the network era of market competitiveness.
