YC電力公司員工培訓(xùn)效果提升策略研究

【摘要】:員工培訓(xùn)是企業(yè)進行人力資源開發(fā)和管理的重要途徑,是提升企業(yè)實力和效率的重要方法,也是構(gòu)建企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要手段。經(jīng)過員工培訓(xùn),企業(yè)可以提高所轄員工基本素質(zhì)、專業(yè)知識、合作態(tài)度、工作技能和管理能力,使企業(yè)獲取更為可靠的人力資源保障。很多企業(yè)雖然重視員工培訓(xùn),但是培訓(xùn)效果好不好、有沒有達到預(yù)期效果卻并不得而知,因此既無法保證培訓(xùn)效果也無法實現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)效果的提升。本文以YC電力公司員工培訓(xùn)為研究對象,通過科學(xué)論證其員工培訓(xùn)效果評價方法來得出客觀可靠的培訓(xùn)效果評價,并針對這一評價制定富有針對性的提升策略,以期獲得良好的培訓(xùn)結(jié)果。本文在對員工培訓(xùn)基本概念及國內(nèi)外員工培訓(xùn)效果評估的相關(guān)研究、培訓(xùn)效果影響因素相關(guān)研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,具體分析了YC電力公司員工培訓(xùn)的隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)狀況、培訓(xùn)中存在問題。根據(jù)層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建了評價電力企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn),將員工培訓(xùn)分為反應(yīng)層、學(xué)習(xí)層和行為結(jié)果層并分別通過模型賦值,得到明確的評價分值以衡量整體培訓(xùn)效果和各項培訓(xùn)指標。根據(jù)評價指標制定了具有針對性的、可操作性較強的培訓(xùn)效果提升方案。認為YC電力公司提高員工培訓(xùn)效果應(yīng)該做到科學(xué)調(diào)整培訓(xùn)針對性,強化員工學(xué)習(xí)意識以提高學(xué)習(xí)效果,在實際工作中進一步應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)所學(xué)內(nèi)容,建立良好的培訓(xùn)反饋機制。此外,還要提升YC電力公司員工培訓(xùn)的保障,包括組織保障、制度保障和資源保障三個方面。
[Abstract]:Employee training is an important way for enterprises to develop and manage human resources, is an important method to enhance the strength and efficiency of enterprises, and is also an important means to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. Through staff training, enterprises can improve their employees' basic quality, professional knowledge, cooperative attitude, work skills and management ability, so that enterprises can obtain more reliable human resources security. Although many enterprises attach great importance to employee training, it is not known whether the training effect is good or not, and whether it has achieved the expected result is not known, so it is impossible to guarantee the training effect nor to achieve the training effect enhancement. This paper takes the training of YC Electric Power Company as the research object, through the scientific demonstration of its staff training effect evaluation method to obtain the objective and reliable evaluation of the training effect, and to formulate a targeted promotion strategy for this evaluation. In order to obtain good training results. On the basis of summarizing the basic concept of employee training and the related research on the evaluation of employee training effect at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the structure of the staff training team in YC Electric Power Company. There are problems in training. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the employee training in electric power enterprises is constructed. The employee training is divided into reaction layer, learning layer and behavior result layer, and assigned by model, respectively. Get a clear evaluation score to measure the overall training effectiveness and training indicators. According to the evaluation index, a targeted and operable training effect promotion program was established. It is believed that YC Electric Power Company should adjust the training pertinence scientifically, strengthen the employee's learning consciousness to improve the learning effect, further apply the training content in the actual work, and establish a good training feedback mechanism. In addition, YC Electric Power Company staff training security, including organizational security, system security and resource security.
