【摘要】：在我國煤礦企業(yè)員工是一個特殊的職業(yè)群體。他們所處的工作環(huán)境和從事的工作內(nèi)容具有很強(qiáng)的特殊性,比其他階層面臨著更大的壓力。相關(guān)研究表明,煤礦企業(yè)員工的心理健康水平低于正常人群。影響煤礦企業(yè)員工心理健康的因素很多,除了傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)境因素、個人因素和工作因素等還與員工的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀況有關(guān),良好的社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀況可以減輕煤礦企業(yè)員工的壓力,保持良好的情緒,維護(hù)日常生活的正常運(yùn)行�；谏鲜霈F(xiàn)實(shí)背景,本文以社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角展開對煤礦企業(yè)員工心理健康的影響研究。首先,在閱讀大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文綜述了前人對社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)和心理健康方面的相關(guān)研究和成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)對于煤礦企業(yè)員工的心理健康來說社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角的研究很少,確立了本文的研究目標(biāo);然后,使用“煤礦企業(yè)員工調(diào)查問卷”的相關(guān)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對煤礦企業(yè)員工社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征和心理健康狀況做了深入的分析;最后,運(yùn)用多元線性回歸分析方法探討了煤礦企業(yè)員工社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)對其心理健康的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)以下幾點(diǎn):(1)煤礦企業(yè)員工社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模為4.15,關(guān)系類型中同事和朋友占的比重大,性別趨同性高異質(zhì)性低,年齡和受教育程度趨同性和異質(zhì)性一般,關(guān)系連帶強(qiáng)度相對較高;(2)社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)量特征網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模與員工的生活滿意度有顯著的正向影響,與員工的抑郁有顯著的負(fù)向影響。網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越大,員工心理健康水平越高。質(zhì)量特征關(guān)系連帶強(qiáng)度的頻度因子與員工生活滿意度有顯著負(fù)向影響,與員工抑郁有顯著的正向影響。關(guān)系連帶強(qiáng)度的深度因子與生活滿意度和抑郁的影響不顯著。這說明員工與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員溝通交流的頻率越多,其心理健康水平越高。(3)在分別對煤礦企業(yè)員工生活滿意度和抑郁的影響中,員工個體因素中的收入對網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和關(guān)系連帶強(qiáng)度的頻度因子均有替代作用。這說明收入對煤礦企業(yè)員工社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)有一定的影響�？傊�,本文以理論為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,深入地分析了煤礦企業(yè)員工社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)和心理健康的狀況,探討了社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對煤礦企業(yè)員工心理健康的重要性,提出了提升員工心理健康的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In our country coal mine enterprise employee is a special occupation group. Their working environment and content have strong particularity, and they face more pressure than other classes. Related research shows that the mental health level of coal mine employees is lower than that of normal population. There are many factors that affect the mental health of employees in coal mining enterprises. Besides traditional environmental factors, personal factors and work factors, they are also related to the social network status of employees. A good social support network condition can alleviate the pressure on employees in coal mining enterprises. Maintain good mood and maintain normal operation of daily life. Based on the above realistic background, this paper studies the influence of social network on the mental health of the employees in coal mining enterprises. First of all, on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the previous research and results on social networks and mental health, found that for the mental health of coal mine employees, the social network perspective is rarely studied. The research goal of this paper is established. Then, the characteristics of social support network and mental health of employees in coal mining enterprises are deeply analyzed by using the relevant data of the questionnaire of employees in coal mining enterprises; finally, the author makes a deep analysis of the social support network characteristics and mental health status of the employees in coal mining enterprises. The influence of employee social support network on mental health in coal mining enterprises was studied by multiple linear regression analysis. The following points are found: (1) in the characteristics of social support network of employees in coal mining enterprises, the scale of network is 4.15, the proportion of colleagues and friends in the relationship type is large, the gender convergence is high and heterogeneity is low, the age and education degree are common and heterogeneity. The quantitative characteristics of social support networks have significant positive effects on the scale of social support networks and the life satisfaction of employees, and a significant negative impact on the depression of employees. The larger the scale of the network, the higher the mental health level of employees. The frequency factor of associated intensity of quality characteristic relationship had a significant negative effect on employee's life satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee depression. The depth factor of association intensity had no significant effect on life satisfaction and depression. This shows that the more frequent communication between employees and network members, the higher their mental health level. The income of employee's individual factor is a substitute for the frequency factor of network scale and relationship connection strength. This shows that income has a certain impact on the social support network of employees in coal mining enterprises. In a word, based on the theory, this paper makes an empirical study, deeply analyzes the status of social support network and mental health of employees in coal mining enterprises, and probes into the importance of social network to the mental health of employees in coal mining enterprises. Put forward the related policy recommendations to improve the mental health of employees.
