【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)又稱裝備工業(yè),是一個國家綜合國力的重要體現(xiàn),也是事關(guān)國家國防安全和經(jīng)濟安全戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),按照國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)分類,主要分為七大行業(yè),裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化程度對于國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和對國計民生有著極其重要的影響。當(dāng)前我國裝備制造業(yè)存在諸多問題,如核心競爭力水平不高,中低端產(chǎn)能過剩,以及裝備制造業(yè)整體規(guī)模較大,但是整體競爭力較低等問題,因此要振興中國裝備制造業(yè)。對裝備制造業(yè)的競爭力影響因素進行研究對于國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的提升等都具有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。東北地區(qū)是我國重要的工業(yè)基地,也是裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)源地,早在改革開放之前,東北地區(qū)已經(jīng)形成了設(shè)備完善,門類齊全的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。近年來,我國經(jīng)濟正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和技術(shù)升級的關(guān)鍵時期,東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展同時面臨著新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)作為“共和國的裝備司令部”,其裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和競爭水平對裝備制造業(yè)的振興具有舉足輕重的地位,在裝備制造業(yè)面臨效益回落和增速放緩的情況下,對于遼寧老工業(yè)基地的全面振興迫在眉睫。本文簡要介紹遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)容,分析裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的影響因素,運用多元線性回歸對影響競爭力因素進行研究分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對振興遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)提出對策。在現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)國際文獻中,多數(shù)以定性分析為主對裝備制造業(yè)競爭力進行分析,運用鉆石分析模型或者比較分析理論,依據(jù)波特理論四大因素對遼寧省和其他地區(qū)的裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展條件進行比較,并據(jù)此提出提高裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的建議,或者運用定量分析,研究方法主要為主成分分析和其他分析方法,根據(jù)各個指標(biāo)的重要程度將影響因素總結(jié)為少數(shù)幾個綜合指標(biāo)進行分析。本文在研究資料的基礎(chǔ)上,將定量分析和定性分析結(jié)合,運用因子分析和多元線性回歸分析,分析影響競爭力的因素,進一步拓寬研究方法,提升研究裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的理論深度。并且結(jié)合裝備制造業(yè)自身的特點,對影響裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的因素設(shè)計合理的評價體系,為研究裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的理論基礎(chǔ)提供新的切入點。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry, also known as the equipment industry, is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength. It is also a strategic industry related to national defense security and economic security. According to the classification of national economy industries, it is mainly divided into seven major industries. The development and modernization of equipment manufacturing industry has an extremely important influence on the development of national economy and people's livelihood. At present, there are many problems in China's equipment manufacturing industry, such as the low level of core competitiveness, the overcapacity at the middle and low end, the large scale of the equipment manufacturing industry as a whole, but the low overall competitiveness, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry in China. It is of great practical significance for the development of the national economy and the promotion of the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry to study the factors affecting the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry. Northeast China is an important industrial base and the birthplace of equipment manufacturing industry. As early as before the reform and opening up, the northeast region has formed a well-equipped and well-classified industrial base. In recent years, China's economy is in the critical period of industrial structure upgrading and technological upgrading. The development of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China is facing new opportunities and challenges at the same time. As the equipment Command of the Republic, the equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning Province is regarded as the equipment Command of the Republic. The development and competition level of the equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry. Under the condition that the equipment manufacturing industry is faced with the fall of benefit and the slowdown of the growth rate, it is urgent for the old industrial base of Liaoning to develop in an all-round way. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, the content of the industrial competitiveness, analyzes the factors influencing the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry, and studies and analyzes the factors affecting the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry by using multiple linear regression. On the basis of this, countermeasures are put forward for revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. In the existing domestic and international literature, most of the qualitative analysis is used to analyze the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry, and the diamond analysis model or comparative analysis theory is used to analyze the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry. According to the four factors of Porter's theory, this paper compares the development conditions of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and other regions, and puts forward suggestions to improve the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry, or applies quantitative analysis. The main research methods are principal component analysis (PCA) and other analytical methods. According to the importance of each index, the influencing factors are summarized into a few comprehensive indexes. On the basis of the research data, this paper combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, applies factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis to analyze the factors affecting competitiveness, and further widens the research methods. Improve the theoretical depth of research equipment manufacturing competitiveness. Combined with the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry, a reasonable evaluation system is designed for the factors that affect the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry, which provides a new starting point for the study of the theoretical basis of the equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness.
